I believe Pappadeaux is a decent restaurant, but a bit pricy for me. The food is good, and service alright. I guess for the middle of the desert, having any seafood is a plus.

Stopped because it’s been 7 years and we love this place. Was a bit disappointed the oyster Rockefeller was cold, prices have went way up. Service was not the best. Crawfish etouffee was good as always.

Being from the south, I love Cajon cusine and living in New Mexico I found it hard to find, until I went to Papadeauxs! Their recipes for gumbo and blackened catfish are spot on! I will return frequently to try more of their fare.
