I believe Pappadeaux is a decent restaurant, but a bit pricy for me. The food is good, and service alright. I guess for the middle of the desert, having any seafood is a plus.

Being from the south, I love Cajon cusine and living in New Mexico I found it hard to find, until I went to Papadeauxs! Their recipes for gumbo and blackened catfish are spot on! I will return frequently to try more of their fare.
