Garduno's was recommended when we asked for a place with local food and atmosphere. I'm sure the food was great if one likes heat, but we found everything too hot, even though we had specified mild. The best part of the evening was the marguerita. When we asked about the size (and perhaps the waiter noticed our advanced age), he... More

Food: 4, Service: 0 If we had not been watching the world series, we would have walked out. The food was fine, although getting potatoes with a Carnitas meal is a bit weird, to say the least. But everything tasted fine. Our server was so bad, that at one point after waiting over 10 minutes for a glass of water,... More

They have an full range offering on their menu and each of the four different lunch specials that we tried were all good to very good in quantity, flavor and appearance. The enchiladas have a bit of spice to them, so they are not for people that can't handle spice. Be sure to save room for the sopaipillas that come... More

Reserved the Breaking Bad table for my birthday dinner. Good Mexican food, had table side guacamole, was very good. The server was very nice, good service. Wish they had more memories or pictures from BB show filming. Good dinner.

My family and I went to Garduno's for dinner and were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to order gluten free. When I had searched online, I couldn't find any nutritional information, but I've always loved eating here, so we took a chance. I was presented with the list of foods to avoid, and it was really easy to... More

This restaurant is amazing!!! The staff are friendly and efficient. The ambiance is southwestern/mexican and a bit quirky. The ceilings are 30 foot plus. The coconut margaritas are like the best you will ever have. The food is fresh and hot. The prices are little high for food and drink, but for the unique dining experience it was well worth... More

I have visited numerous restaurants and written hundreds of reviews, there are some places which i visit regularly and observe how my feedback has reached the ears which matter. One of those places is Garduno's Uptown in Abq. Their District Manager Warren recently stationed himself at this location and the magic started happening, the service quality went from lame to... 44 of us had dinner here and all loved it. It was a buffet with four choices and stellar service. Atmosphere was just grand.

My wife has loved Gardunios but something happened and it is not like 10 years ago. The sauces and spices were not the same. The service was exceptional. The food was different as was the atmosphere. Sad but it was disappointing

Garduno's is a great place to try some great food. It's standard New Mexican fare but I haven't found anything on the menu that wasn't delicious. The margaritas are very good (with some interesting ones...I recommend the Jalapeno Margarita) and the atmosphere is lively without being overbearing. Best of all, nothing is too expensive. It's not fine dining, but for... More
