Stopped by for mexican food. The service was a little slow and the server dropped one of the entrees, making the second entree late. Wound up getting it to go, which made for tasty leftovers. The servings are generous and food tasty. Overall, I would go back if I am in the area.

We read rave reviews about this restaurant and was looking forward to authentic Mexican fare. However, it was just so-so for us. As it's all a matter of personal taste, that shouldn't stop you from trying it. The place filled up after we arrived, so a lot of locals frequent it, as well as tourists.

I've eaten a lot of Mexican food, but this was unusual. The salsa was OK, but more like a sauce - very runny. Chips were good, not greasy at all. What was different for me was that they used a lot of cheddar cheese instead of a white cheese. Taco and enchilada weren't very good. Service was OK. It was... More

Having read some of the reviews on rip advisor for this restaurant I really wasn't sure about trying it but I really shouldn't have been concerned it was fantastic. The staff were really friendly with big smiles, the chips and salsa were awesome and the portion sizes were huge. We both had the mixed fajitas, there was so much meat... More

My husband and I had dinner here on a Monday evening. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full but the service was slow. The chips and salsa were good, my margarita was tasty and my husbands beer was cold. We split an order of fajitas. It was more than enough for the two of us. Not the best I've had... More

Only saw one actual server at lunch on a busy Friday at noon. He clearly couldn't keep up as we didn't see him again from the time we ordered food until after we had finished and waited another 15 minutes for the hostess to walk by (she actually delivered the food to the table) The food was very bland and... Was staying at hotel across the street. Was looking for something close. I was not expecting much. Great experience started when I walked in. Was greeted with a huge smile. I got there a few minutes after lunch menu time was over. No issue.....wonderful young lady took my "lunch order". I got the lunch burrito. It was simply great. Going... More

OMG - why this place doesn't already have five stars is crazy. I grew up in CA. Living in RI, I've really missed good Mexican food. I eat it every time I visit family in CA. I had no idea I'd find the BEST Mexican food in CO! I'm on an extended conference trip hiking in the mountains and staying... More

I live in the Drake Estes Park area, and this is my go-to lunch spot. The chicken carnitas are just amazing. Hector is always on top of it when we come in. Service is always quick and polite. Don't hesitate to give them a try!!

Stopped in this little hole in the wall on a whim, and was thoroughly disappointed. The food was edible, but that's really the only positive thing I can say. Atmosphere was terrible, food was overpriced, and the wait was a little longer than I would have liked. Take my advice and if you see this place just keep on driving.
