A very good restaurant but totally ruined by noise from traffic and loud music from dancing in square.

Six of us dined there on Sat. The food was excellent, esp the penne with vodka and chicken farm. Outstanding waiter. Great pizza too
We got there late between 730 and 800pm, eventually restaurants in Providence close early. They seated us upstairs. By the time we were halfway through our meal, they'd moved all the tables and chairs out - a subtle hint to get out, mayhaps... But that...More
We had a family gathering here and it was a nice place. If you have a large group, we recommend reservations. Plus, there is limited handicapped seating because most of the restaurant seating is located upstairs, but there is some on the ground floor at...More
Went to visit Providence College with my daughter, stopped at Federal Hill, which is an area with many Italian restaurants. We chose Costantinos because it is located in the square and they had music and dancing (disco and oldies on the night I was there)....More
We went to this restaurant the other night with family and had both teens and adults in their 80s. Everyone had a nice time and enjoyed the food tremendously! We sat outside on a summer evening and it was very enjoyable just to sit outside...More
Nice to sit outdoors, but don't be seated too close to the fountain (with a good breeze you can catch a little mist your way). The food tasted very good, like they must make everything themselves, not frozen or pre-packaged. We were seated quickly and...More
We sat outside on a beautiful Thursday night. Music was great on the plaza with the lights and some dancing patrons. Dinner was wonderful. Wine selection was great.
An average restaurant with lots of people....kind of touristic. Good if you like music, and TV...lots of noise, and slow service. We were lucky to find a seat near the kitchen... The eggplant parmesan is good....don't ask for calamari....too greasy..... Veal marsala needed more taste....
