If you think of this as a normal breakfast place you'd give it 5-stars for the food and 1-star for the service. But you'd be wrong because you went to the wrong place - this is not a breakfast place - it is performance art. From 7:30-9am on weekends the owner is the cook, waiter, busboy and janitor. (After 9am... More

The food is as good as advertised. The only people giving this a bad rating are people who don't like the wait. If you don't like it, don't wait! Service was great, food was excellent (the bacon was actually sliced thick, you can't buy it that thick at the supermarket). Excellent all around.

We waited in line for about an hour. When we finally got to order I asked that no butter be used on my order. I was told by the chef that he could not accommodate me. This is the only time that this has ever happened to me. I believe that it was a reasonable request but the check was... More

First, this place is small. It can fit 14 people max. It can be a long wait, so if you're not there at before 7:30, prepare to wait an hour or so. The long wait is due to only one guy cooking, being the waiter and the bus boy. He does everything. But the food is incredible! Totally worth going.... More

This is such a cool place, but incredibly popular, so if you're really hungry or time limited--either plan to get there early or try another day. It's not open every day, and only for a couple hours each day, and only has seating for maybe 20 people...but food is fresh, made to order and served up no-nonsense. If you're a... More

We are lucky to have friends who live in town who were wonderful to share this spot with us. Yes, we waited for just under an hour, but it was worth it. How cool to have a yummy breakfast made to order and just the one guy does it all. Bring cash and an appetite. Get there early if you... More

Only one gent serving, cooking, cleaning, and taking $ (cash only). We managed to get seated on the first round (we had waited about 25 minutes). After seating people (only 3(?) 4-tops and 3 2-tops), others were told it would be another hour to be seated. So maybe come at 830 AM?? Food is great, large portions, and not pricey.... More

Based on excellent TA advice , cash in pocket, we arrived to the Kitchen door at 0715am on Sunday morning, it seemed quiet and sleepy for about a second, then a slow procession of cars parked, the queue evolved over the next 10 minutes and at 0730 the gentleman owner/waiter/chef/*family member name here* welcomed us to his little eat-in kitchen...
