We stopped here for a quick lunch and thought it was great! Food was very good (especially the black bean burger) and service was fast. Nice views of the water. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy a delicious meal in the small town of Lubec. My wife and I crossed into the U.S. from Campobello Island to eat here on the recommendation of our B&B host. I had the Haddock Florentine, which was great. My wife had the “Kurt Cobaine”—haddock, scallops, and shrimp. On the night we were there, towards... More

This restaurant in 'downtown' Lubec (all 2 blocks lonmg) is one of the nicer venues. Smaller restaurant but with a great, varied menu. Service was solid and the overall experience really fun. Highly recommended in the area which has limited restaurant offerings.

Friends and I scored a window table for lunch and were able to watch a pretty powerful tide going out with numerous seals feeding in the eddies. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and our server was friendly and efficient throughout our meal. I had a burger which came with chips and a pickle. It was well cooked and... More

A West Quoddy lighthouse volunteer recommended this diner, along with another near by. We're happy we chose Frank's. Very good home cooking selections. Nice setting. Fun to enjoy lunch while seeing New Brunswick, Canada across the inlet.

This restaurant is small but the food was very good! We were happy that they were open and could accommodate our party. The restaurant was full and we waited a few minutes for our table to be set. One waiter seemed to be covering the entire floor of patrons but his service was good. Our order was out in a... More

We have eaten at Frank's for many years. The food, especially the fish, is always fresh and delicious. On are most recent visit, with another couple, we both had the pan fried haddock. As usual it was cooked to perfection. With sides of mashed potatoes and carrots it made for a hearty meal on a cold and wet fall evening.... More

OMG the Water Street Chicken is amazing! Every dish is made from scratch by Frank, himself. Best food I have ever had.

Stunning views from the back deck of the harbor and of Mulholland Lighthouse across the way in New Brunswick. They have creative choices for their hamburgers and the ones we tried were delicious!

This is a great spot to find. The food and service are above average. Since it is very popular among the local residents, it is wise to eat at off peak hours. The menu changes daily with specials that sell out quickly. The view from the porch or the window tables is fantastic. If you are in the area, this... More
