Had been a while since we had been to of changs on River Rd. From the time we arrived Yatasha took great care with us. First seating is saying that a waitstaff would be with us shortly. Before we knew it she returned as our waiter, excellent knowledge of the menu, specials etc. She was polite, understanding and a real... More

For the last 6 years, PF Chang's has been our GO TO place for our New Year's Eve family soiree. Reservations for 8-12 made months in advance. This was our last trek from NW Tucson to PF Chang's. First: The wait. Yes, I understand some times folks linger a bit longer at their table, but a diligent manager would build... More

Food is okay. I ordered the Mongolian beef it really needs more flavor. Dinner time was too busy. We had a large crowd but had to wait too long for our dinner.

We went to this restaurant on New Year's night. It was only somewhat busy. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server, Devin. Without being rushed, we shared two wonderful appetizers: Cauliflower Tempura ($7) and Ceclia's Pork Dumplings ($6). Both were very good but, the cauliflower was OUTSTANDING! Spicy? Yes. Tasty? Yes. Plentiful? Yes. The entrees of Korean BBQ... More

It was a Friday nigh and a good thing we had reservations the place was packed and there were people coming in, in waves. We were offered the table nearest the door with the hordes of people and the hostess station but told hostess we would wait for the next one, that table being the worst in the house. We... More

It was a great evening of conversation and food. It had been quite some time since I had eaten at PF Chang's since it is always super crowded, but thanks to reservations we were able to do it. We were a party of six and luckily seated at one of the larger booths in the corner (the greeter, a tall... More

While the food is as good as it is at every PF Changs location, what sets this restaurant apart is the staff! Every time we go here, I am impressed by the friendly and professional wait and front door folks... They make an already good experience, a great one!

Visited this restaurant on 11/11/16. Started our dining experience with a large bowl of Hot & Sour Soup, which was delicious with many tasty ingredients! The spice level was just perfect for us! We were disappointed that the Hot Fish was no longer on the menu. Our server/Xavier graciously checked with the chef & we were able to substitute shrimp... More

Went here for a Sunday lunch. Hostess opened the front door and offered a welcome. The restaurant was not too busy nor crowded. Seated immediately in a booth. Menus were provided and drink orders were taken right away. Meal orders were taken when drinks arrived. My Tsing Tao beer was served in a tall, chilled beer glass. My companion(who had been... More
