Went here in our visit to Salem. It didn't seem as cheesy as the rest of the walking mall, with the souvenir shops. It is located in a very old building, well restored, and with a comfortable outdoor seating area. The service was great and...More

My friend and I stopped in for lunch on a quiet Tuesday. We had Fish and Chips and baked Haddock with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Delicious and perfect portion size. We both had the Lady in Blue drink. Not one for sweeter drinks but this was...More

Under new management and have a new chef. Positive changes to this place! The food was awesome and the bar menu was extensive to touch on everyone's likes!

This is more of a bar and probably has a hopping nightlife but we went for dinner as it was close to the walking tour we were about to take. Waitress was friendly and service was quick. The food was good. I had Short Ribs...More

Very nice but the bartender never bothered to check on us once we got our first round. They were not busy........ not sure why this was a task. Food was OK

Fun place to go for drinks while in Salem. They have a lot of unique drinks and the night we were there, there was also a live band.

We visited this establishment on a number of lunch time occasions. The food and beer were very good and reasonably priced. The service was always excellent.

Good place for a lunch although we felt almost lost in this large open space that used to be a bank. A bit work with age. Service was friendly. Cali-Mex wrap was good and so was the chili (a bit too cool). Nice side salad.

This is a unique place to eat and if you can get one of the cute booths by the windows, you'll have a great view of the room itself, which is old and interesting. When we were there, it seemed a bit understaffed. The one...More

Got the portobello tower. Sounds great but very disjointed. There was no good way to eat it without having a mess. I think it had potential but needed more thought. Vertical is not always the way to go. It also needed some seasoning.

I'm not 100% sure that they do, however, I have severe food allergies and they were able to accommodate me.
Hi Lisa, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience at Rockafellas. As the owner I never like to hear of bad reviews and as you know it doesn't help our business either. I want to assure you that we take our training process very seriously and after reading your review we were able to pin point certain aspects of our host training to better accommodate people waiting at the door to be seated. I just wanted to extend an apology to you and your guest. If there is any chance of giving us another chance to redeem ourselves I would love the opportunity to take care of you, and show you a fantastic night of dinner and drinks. The opinions of our customers are our first priority. You're business with us is extremely valuable, and I hope to see you in the near future. Sincerely Kevin Marchino
