The food here is amazing. You must try everything you can at least once. Everything is delicious plus there is a wide variety of beer available as well as red and white wine and well drinks. Happy Hours specials daily. Don't miss this place - close to UTSA.

Going here on Saturday night for the Flamenco show is a must! There's a $7 cover charge, so make sure you have some cash. I can't say enough good things about the music and dancing. The tapas leave a little to be desired, so I'd eat dinner first and just get a snack here. We had a great server who... More

A local friend of mine took me here because we both spent A LOT OF TIME in Spain and missed that unique experience we had in Madrid: the Tapas bar. Well, San Antonio is not exactly Madrid, but we found the atmosphere to be friendly, the food on the decent side, but nothing to rave about; and the chance for... More

Sad to say, it is the worst food I have tried. The "tapas" are terrible, Empanadas burnt, Patatas Bravas were un edible, mostly vinegar acidic taste, Pimientos del Piquillo filling very salty, and other items with unrecognizable flavor and no taste. I have eaten Paella all my life. Even boxed paella tastes better than this one. Over priced for substandard... More

We went for a friends bday party and the service was so slow and a little lackluster. The food was ok, I guess for the price you pay for what you pay for. The other obvious annoyance was that people were smoking when obviously they had no smoking signs all over. Management did nothing while the patrons were there. Last,... More

Went to Espana on a Saturday night to watch the Flamenco dancers. There is a cover charge if you go on a night they have the dancers. The dancers were nice and performed for quite a while. The food was quite bad. Everything seemed to be frozen and then heated up. We could not believe how awful it was. The... More

The service was okay, but the food was of a very poor quality. I ordered paella, which I had also many times in Spain. In comparison, this paella was like tasting a frozen TV dinner. The Flamingo show was great. Every dancer & musician was totally professional. If the food is poor, then the show almost doesn't matter to me.... More
