We stopped here for lunch and a few beers on a whim. The atmosphere is great as we sat on the elevated balcony and "people watched" as people walked along the river walk below. That made it nice. The food was good. It was about as I expected. I had the mixed fajitas (angus beef and chicken). The chicken was... More

Our server Matt Richard was extremely attentive and friendly, always making sure we were doing ok despite being so busy. My barbacoa tacos and charro beans were delicious, the drinks have a good amount of liquor and are very flavorful!!!

Beautiful spot on the river walk on a beautiful day. The two of us ordered the enchilada special one beef and one chicken. Very bland seemed like a frozen dinner out of microwave. Service was fine and the two guys that were singing were fun.

If this Rio Rio is related to the one on Riverwalk which is the one I want to review, then besides having a nice spot along the walk, the rest of it is blah. The margaritas at the Naked Iguana were good but everything from the yukky chips and runny bland salsa to the food was not worth any price.

The waitress was very pleasant although slow. Food was below average, like something out of a microwave. The chips are just chips and the salsa was like watered down tomato soup with a few green onions thrown in. Plenty of good restaurants below this place and directly across the river.

This place was too expensive. $17 for 4 street tacos, with rice and beans, and the tacos weren't very good. The server was friendly and the margaritas tasted good, but I won't return.

Our experience here was a mixed bag. Trying to find a place to eat on the Riverwalk at 5pm during the St. Patrick's day river parade is not a fun experience no matter what. This had the shortest wait, which turned out to be much shorter than quoted. I'm guessing most places quoting an hour wait were just trying to... More

Nice location on the Riverwalk for a good meal and people watching. The menu has a lot to choose from. I had the Enchilada combo that was good. They have a large drink menu. I was a little disappointed, expecting the food to be different from what I can get back home but what let down.

The vegetarian quesadillas were good, the salsa and the chips too, same thing with the chicken tacos my husband ordered, but the service was slow. We ate there because it was late and we decided to try it.
