With many choices for Tex-Mex around downtown San Antonio this was a nice alternative for lunch although I wished my meal was served a little hotter. Prices are reasonable with most main dishes including sushi rolls for under $12.

After walking all day and not wanting to wait in long lines or pay $$$$ on the River walk we found this place by accident. It was wonderful. From the boba mango tea to the basil rolls and pot stickers to the sushi rolls to the Panang curry. And beautifully prepared and presented. I'll admit that my eyes were bigger... More

Very casual sushi/Thai restaurant. Sushi was good and fresh. Presentation nice. Atmosphere lacking a lot. More cafe style. Service was quick but we were the only customers. We were there for early evening/late afternoon dinner. If you want a change from Tex Mex this is ok.

It's solid food. I don't have any complaints just not any super compliments either. It was friendly, clean, and the food was good. Better than many other places for lunch and has healthy options.

We were staying at a local hotel and ordered the larb Kai and spring roll. The vegetables were fresh but tasteless and the portion was extremely small. We did not get any rice with the entree. Will not order again

Walked here for lunch. It is a small place right off the riverwalk. The Mt. Fuji rolls were outstanding! Definitely want to go here again.

One of a couple Sushi/Thai in downtown close to Alamo. Small, clean place with a decent menu of choices. Tried the Pad Siew noodle dish - slightly over done but tasty. FYI - the restaurant down not serve beer or alcohol.

Decent option for a change from the standard local restaurants downtown. Small and quiet dinning area with a simple menu having choices from different Asian cuisine. I opted for the Thai green curry. It was crazy hot and served quick. The overall flavor was good but not amazing. The odd part was it had green beans and cucumber in it.... More

After the fiasco last night at Zushi Sushi, I decided I had to give sushi in this town a second chance. Yes, this is not the place to order sushi. However, I have been having a craving. Kawashi is co-owned by the Thai place down the street. Not authentic, but at least the fish was good and the rice far... More
