Red Sage Bar We went for Happy Hour which is from 3pm to 6pm. We had the crab cake(6), the artisanal meat and imported cheese board(7), and the prawns cocktail(7). The crab cake was delicious. It was blue crab meat surrounded with fresh greens, with a mustard vinaigrette. The meat and cheese board was good. It was so hectic that... More

Limited drinks and snacks available, at prices from $6 and up. Bar tender was friendly and even changed the channel for another customer to catch a game he really wanted to see.

One of the finest Bison filet's I've ever had. I ordered it with the bearnaise sauce and started with steamed clams. The broth was more like a nectar than a broth. Spiced with red chili flakes. My colleagues praised the posole starter and their rib eye steak, Cornish hen, and double cut pork chops looked great. I'm going back when... More

We went for dinner. The first thing that hit me was how loud it is.....the bar noise spilled into the restaurant. And it just got louder......I had a hard time hearing the person across from me. It took a while for our order to be taken........not sure why there weren't a lot of choices on the menu.....that may have been... More

1. We have eaten at the Red Sage restaurant 3 times so far. This time I ordered the beef filet, medium rare, and my husband ordered the bison filet, medium. Both cuts of meat were excellent! They were cooked to perfection!! Along with the meat, the plate came with a large baked potato and grilled veggies. They are currently priced... More

After a challenging flight into Albuquerque and drive up to Santa Fe, it seemed like the most convenient dinner option was to eat on the hotel property. Wise choice! A very nice restaurant, with a broad, yet elegant menu, good service and fair price. Started with an interesting roasted pork belly appetizer that was very good. Their bakery sides were... More

My family found this restaurant obscured by smoke and asked themselves why anyone would pay such high rates for such poor surroundings.

This is a good upscale restaurant. I would highly recommend the braised pork belly and grilled chipotle prawns, and the pasta carbonara was wonderful. Prices were a little high but not terrible.

This is definitely worth treating yourself. The steaks were delicious, great filet mignon, and huge baked potatoes. There are private rooms if you have a small group celebrating a birthday or anniversary.

The chilean sea bass with risotto delicious. Beets and Goat Cheese salad was stellar, also the steaks are delicious. Good service and reasonable wine list
