We were seated for when our reservation was. Then we were forgotten about for at least 20 minutes. Just as we were about to leave, our waiter came up and asked what we wanted to drink as well as "and what can i get you for food?" Then more waiting. I ordered my steak medium but it came out well... Dinner at Red Sage was perfect in ambience and food. I ordered a Roasted game hen, sauteed fingerling potato, fresh leeks, spinach, pepitas, lemon herb sauce-abundant flavor. Mike had the Bison Filet w/mashed potatoes. He said he never had such a flavorful filet. For dessert we had Apple Empanadas w/vanilla ice cream. Our hostess, Stephanie, was welcoming and our server... More

Nice selection of wines, solid menu. Buffalo steak is great. Creme brûlée is a must - we gauge many restaurants on that factor, and this one delivers.

Red Sage Bar We went for Happy Hour which is from 3pm to 6pm. We had the crab cake(6), the artisanal meat and imported cheese board(7), and the prawns cocktail(7). The crab cake was delicious. It was blue crab meat surrounded with fresh greens, with a mustard vinaigrette. The meat and cheese board was good. It was so hectic that... More

Limited drinks and snacks available, at prices from $6 and up. Bar tender was friendly and even changed the channel for another customer to catch a game he really wanted to see.

One of the finest Bison filet's I've ever had. I ordered it with the bearnaise sauce and started with steamed clams. The broth was more like a nectar than a broth. Spiced with red chili flakes. My colleagues praised the posole starter and their rib eye steak, Cornish hen, and double cut pork chops looked great. I'm going back when... More

We went for dinner. The first thing that hit me was how loud it is.....the bar noise spilled into the restaurant. And it just got louder......I had a hard time hearing the person across from me. It took a while for our order to be taken........not sure why there weren't a lot of choices on the menu.....that may have been... More

1. We have eaten at the Red Sage restaurant 3 times so far. This time I ordered the beef filet, medium rare, and my husband ordered the bison filet, medium. Both cuts of meat were excellent! They were cooked to perfection!! Along with the meat, the plate came with a large baked potato and grilled veggies. They are currently priced... More

After a challenging flight into Albuquerque and drive up to Santa Fe, it seemed like the most convenient dinner option was to eat on the hotel property. Wise choice! A very nice restaurant, with a broad, yet elegant menu, good service and fair price. Started with an interesting roasted pork belly appetizer that was very good. Their bakery sides were... More
