We had an excellent dinner at Dr. Field Goods Kitchen. The food was delicious, with New Mexican and other original twists on classic foods. The portions were large. The service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere is casual. We will return.

They are trying to get a breakfast crowd going. The food is fabulous for breakfast...almost better than lunch and dinner. Try the breakfast bread pudding. Wow!

I really liked it there. All the food and drinks were tweeked and personalized and made just so. It almost always works out great. After years of not having a good cubano, I had a great one. My wife had a bacon patty sandwich. What a great idea and so delicious I kept trying to trade some cubano for another... More

I LOVE this place. Some favs are the cubano, patatas bravas, the BLT with an egg on top, grilled caesar with hanger steak, the enchiladas, any of the wood fired pizzas, carne adovada egg rolls....the to name just a few. Everything is made from scratch, using the best ingredients!! You can tell that food is their passion! Fun atmosphere and... More

Very small place- the locals love this place! Everything from Northern New Mexican to fish and chips- all done incredibly well! It's open concept, so you can interact with the chefs as they are cooking!

My husband and I come for lunch all the time! The food is excellent (plenty left to take home). Staff and owner couldn't be more accommodating. We are frequent customers of their butcher shop in the same strip mall. Every sandwich is out of this world and I love the margarita pizza.

Neither my girlfriend nor I liked our meals here, but we still may give it another try. They were out of buffalo burgers, which I love, and our waiter suggested I try their yak burger. No comparison. I could have eaten two buffalo burgers, but I couldn't even finish the yak burger. I didn't like the mouth feel at all.... More

Ordered a cup of green chili pork stew. Good flavor, but three pieces of meat and a cup full of potatoes. Not the ratio hoped for. Son had the New Mexican; a pulled pork sandwich. His response, "Not the best we've had this week". Spent a week in Santa Fe and ate at different places all week. I had the... More

We first came to DFK as tourists after reading the buzz about local, fresh ingredients in a fun and well priced SF spot. Our first visit 2 years ago lived up to its reputation with interesting dishes at affordable prices that popped with flavor. Chef Josh has great NM favorites (try the delicious and lean buffalo green chile burger with... More

So glad we found this spot in a strip mall along Cerrillos Road, near Camino Carlos Rey. They use local foods and the tastes are terrific. Loved the green enchilada and carne adovada. Could only eat half! Our kids loved the BLT and margharita pizza. Wait staff was fun but overworked. We will be back!
