I have visited this restaurant multiple times over the years and always been pleased with the food, the menu and the service. While it is about 5-10 miles north of town, it is worth the drive. And make sure you have a margarita and their guacamole made right at the table.

Stopped in for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Tamales are house made and very good. Enchiladas and fish tacos also yummy. Worth a visit if in Santa Fe area!

Great food, and very friendly and attentive wait staff. Much better than the expensive restaurant just north of here.

It seems we keep returning here because of all the many restaurants we patronize in Santa Fe and nearby towns, it remains consistently the best, for us. The service, the food, the quaint decor, the table-side guacamole, the drinks, the desserts and the complimentary sopapillas with local honey. A year round treat for tourists and lucky locals. After countless dinners... More

Bad service and the food was not good but actually made me sick and vomited the rest of the evening after dinning there

Gabriel's is located a moderate distance north of Santa Fe. After a day trip to Abiquiu, Ojo Client, Chama, Taos, etc., this is a spot to look forward to for a great meal on the way back home. We loved the super guacamole and fresh salsa and chips, and the main dishes we had at our table were excellent. I... More

If you're following my reviews in NM this holiday season, you will see that I am a creature of habit. Gabriel's has definitely made its mark in the Santa Fe area. I highly recommend the table side guacamole as a starter. I elected to have the chimichangas on this trip, one beef and one chicken. They were excellent. Gabriel's is... More

Some good, some okay...maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Upscale margarita was bitter, not sure if mix or tequila. Couple of packets sweetener make it okay. Chips were not as thin and crisp as I prefer. Salsa had quite a bite. Dressing on Caesar salad was very good but croutons were not good. Posole was good but nothing exceptional. Nice... More

Very good service, drinks and meal! We will be back! Definitely an Old Southwest ambiance. Table side guacamole is excellent. Margarita's are more drink than ice, which is nice. It's a must for dinner or lunch!

I go the Gabriel's about twice a year. Was there last night for a "Girl Night Out" Christmas dinner outing.. Like last year's same celebration - Meal was cold.. only slightly warm. It would probably be tastier if food was warm/hot.... Come on folks - turn up your warmers!
