I brought a friend here who was visiting from out of town. We thought we had reservations but were mistaken on the date. The host accommodated us with no problem, and was so kind and gracious. The authentic french bistro cuisine at Bouche is delicious - the best french onion soup you will ever try - everything is terrific!

The atmosphere of Bouche Bistro is cozy, old world, comfortable. We had great service, the food was wonderful! I had the Calf’s Liver Dijonnaise, Spinach and Onions which was perfectly cooked. I rarely order calf's liver because it isn't done well. This was perfect! My friends order the Market Fish and Cassoulet de Carcassonne, Lamb Shank, Garlic Sausage, Duck Confit.... More

Last week, my friend and I drove down from Denver to spend a few days in Santa Fe. It was our second trip to explore the city together and so I wanted Maghan to experience new restaurants outside of my stomping grounds that I always frequent while in town. I had lived in Santa Fe, briefly, and know the standout... More

We went early to dinner at BB and had a relaxing quiet dinner. Our server was top notch....attentive, helpful and personable. We had the charcuterie plank and escargot to start. Both were delicious as was the bread and great wine. Our exception came because we both ordered the same entree: the seafood pasta which promised lobster tails, shrimp and pasta... More

While visiting Santa Fe my husband & I enjoyed dinner here. Their menu is outstanding and the presentation and preparation of the food does not disappoint. I enjoyed the sweetbread and the calf liver --- oh so good. My husband had the Coq au Vin and he said it was very good. Very large portions. Wish the restaurant was located... More

We stopped in to this little bistro with a couple of old friends and were treated to a simply exceptional dining experience. Everything about the meal from the moment we sat down was perfect. The food is too good to even try to describe. Take my word. If you have a chance to visit and can get a table... do... More

We came here for Restaurant Week and were so disappointed in the food. The salads were average. One had the Coq au Vin and didn't care for it and the mashed potatoes were grainy and not at all creamy and smooth as described. I had the Hanger Steak, medium and some of it was raw and tough. I was encouraged... More

It is easy to claim you are a "French Bistro" but far more difficult to pull it off. Bouche is my idea of an excellent French Bistro with all of the necessary menu items. Mussels, Onion soup, Escargots, Sweetbreads (oooyes), Foie Gras, Short Ribs, Calf's Liver, Hanger Steak and both a Charcuterie Plank and Cassoulet. To top it all off... More

An intimate French restaurant with excellent food and service. Great wine list. Expensive but worth the price. Very limited parking.
