Visiting from Toronto, it was nice to see an assortment of local craft beers that we can't get at home. Sandwiches were tasty (I had the Rendezvous with turkey and avocado). Service was good, even with a couple of large tables for a birthday party. I've been twice now and would go again for an inexpensive, hearty lunch where I... More

If you want something quick and inexpensive and are more focused on having a few beers this could be a good alternative to all of the amazing restaurants Buffalo has to offer. Good food, good service, but more of a bar.

My fiance and I have visited the Colter Bay Grill twice in the past year when we've been in Buffalo. The advertise a huge selection of draft beers. And that's true. BUT... the first time we were there, we had to keep making choices because they were out of whatever we selected. On our past visit, my fiance had to... More

I work in the area and have visited Colter Bay on more than one occasion. The sad thing is that I've never had a positive experience. I'm not sure if it's the servers or happening in the kitchen but on one occasion when three colleagues, three lunches came out with the exception of mine. I was told that another server... More

... this a must-visit place. I stopped by for a happy hour beer though had intended to keep moving on to the Pearl Street Grill, and decided to stay here instead; why move on when this place had an energetic atmosphere, a fabulous draft beer selection (many local/Western NY), a great kitchen, and a fun & on-the-ball bartender staff? I... More

The entrance to this place is a rather large pub/bar. Walk through the bar to the restaurant in back. Small restaurant with booths and tables. The food is limited: sandwiches; burgers; pizza and salads. On Fridays they have a fish fry (unfortunately, I was not there on a Friday). The burgers have various toppings and are cooked to order. My... More

We were walking around Allen Town looking for a place to reset and have a beer. We spent the afternoon here, and we liked it so much, we came back for dinner.

Bar food that is ok. Nothing memorable. Wings, burgers, nachos are good but just ok. Great place to have a beer or some drinks, very social bar atmosphere. Nice patio seating on Delaware Ave.

Colter Bay is a favorite gathering place for my 4 kids mid to late 20's, but my husband and I enjoy it too! A fun and relaxed but busy neighborhood bar where you are sure to run into people you know. My husband and I stopped in during the Allentown Art festival...place was packed on a Saturday afternoon. There is... More

They have AWESOME burgers!! They are huge and cooked perfectly! I usually order the Colter Bay Burger but ask them to add lettuce and tomato. They're really delicious and a very good deal. They have a variety of sides that come with the price such as fries, sweet potato fries, tater tots, etc..

Thank Sarah A
