Delicious Kyoto-style ramen! I had Paitan Chashu Ramen. Their chashu is delicious! I should have asked for more green onion, but otherwise everything was so good! I usually get full before finishing a bowl of ramen, but this time I ate it all!
I chose my ramen to be soft and liked that better. The broth is worth leaving Waikiki for (just off McCully) and is located in a very busy mall. Their phone was not working when we called so don't let that put you off.
