This place was welcoming from the get go. This stylish Wilton restaurant has good food and drink. It's pretty multicultural , something one does not expect in this town.

We were three for lunch today. The chips, salsa and guacamole were delicious as were our drinks. The service is excellent. The Quesadilla with chicken and fresh spinach is VERY good and the portions very generous. Their crispy shell beef tacos were a perfect starter.

Really like this place when we work in Wilton...salads are excellent - I had the salmon salad, which was perfect. Right amount of fish with light dressing and fruity salad- guacamole was terrific as was the mushroom risotto. Pretty much everything on the menu is excellent. Never disappoints...

Cactus Rose is an amazing romantic place that serves great Margaritas and delicious entrees and appetizers! The salmon with the zucchini risotto and doll sauce was amazing, the salad was dressed perfectly and the calamari was perfectly fried! Can't wait to go back!

If you don't like Mexican, that's OK! This restaurant has a Mexican feel but you can get food that is Not. Lovely outdoor terrace in Summer & Fall. Food is a little pricey but very good. I like to go there for special Occasions and with Friends. Always a little surprise after dinner with your coffee, tea or dessert.

You feel like you are in Mexico with the great food drinks and outdoor patio While there is no view the fireplace adds so much! Great happy hour as well

While the food wasn't bad and the drinks were well-made, I really feel that the price is far higher than the value of the food and drinks. I don't mind getting gouged for really high end cuisine and fine wines, but for middling cuisine it just seems a little pricey for my tastes. I do know a lot of folks... More

While the menu contains Mexican classics the dishes were also varied in flavors including vegetables and salad ingredients like quinoa and Brussels sprouts not traditionally found in Mexican fare. The cactus rose margarita is a not too sweet take on a strawberry margarita. A nice switch from a traditional house margarita.

The service was very good. The food was fine but for the prices charged the food did not match the prices. The food should be better or the prices lower. As an example, the calamari in the Paella was very rubbery, the rest of the seafood in the dish was fine. The lobster quesadilla was very good but you would... More
