Had lunch last week, first time we'd been in. Slow service, but food was good. I had the italian lunch meat salad, quite good and very generous meat portions. My friend gave them cash and somehow that caused mass chaos. How can you have a lunch service with an empty drawer??

I had a great meal at Jacobi's on Veterans Day. Had salad, soup, roast beef and three glasses of wine, topped by a luscious chocolate cake from the dessert case. The beef was cooked exactly right, and was as tender as could be imagined. The wine was a good value.

We love Jacobi's! Great variety including classic italian dishes, salad options, delicious pastas and our favorite as far as getting a great steak! We are always greeted by friendly staff and efficient service and they have one of the best patios for summertime happy hours in Walla Walla! Jacobi's has been around for a long time for a good reason!

Vacationing in wine country and thought this looked like a good place. A wide variety of tastes and likes in this group including vegan and vegetarian and no one came away saying anything remarkable. Salads were generous and fresh. Italian dishes were OK but again, nothing special. We did not try the deserts but the looked good, especially the cheese... More

In a town of "foodies " and wine snobs, I believe they will struggle. It's away from the main entertainment area and it's shows. The food is just ok. It seems like a mismanaged chain with absent ownership. It's lacking and not worth the 1 mile drive from downtown. I am writing this review ftom the bar and it's just... More

I am sorry to hear your experience was not what you expected and I spoke with Lisa about your visit on Friday, she said that you had a couple of beers and had nothing to eat and that she served you even though we had closed at 9 pm so the fact that you were here after we closed might... More

Got there 5 minutes before reservation and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to us. Got seated and got same bad waiter we had last time. Left us with menus, didn't ask about drinks. Finally came back and we ordered drinks and dinner. Food not bad but service will keep us from coming back. Last 5 minutes... More

I am so sorry you tried us again and your service was lacking, please let me know which male server you had so I am able to address the issue with him. I am glad to hear the server that took over your table was excellent! Please keep in mind that you can either request a specific server or not... More

Waitstaff was wonderful! Food was OK... When we arrived there where three parties wandering around the building looking for the entrance.

Nice ambiance but the food was terrible. The fettuccine was clumped together and gooey, and the alfredo sauce tasted more like just milk. The chicken on the pasta was also without taste. We also ordered the soup of the day, which was clam chowder. All we got was some potatoes sitting in a bowl, with a little bit of sauce.... More

Husband's prime rib great, my cesear salad fine enough. Mushroom soup okay. BUT, the lobby/ entry stunk; a cross between pee and stale cooking oil. We ate outside to avoid the same but less prominent smell in the dining room. Table needed wiping down, beer glass dirty and sweet waitress untrained. No dishes removed from small table even though she... More

Thank you for taking the time to review, I also received the note you left on your table on the patio. My apologies the lobby and other areas smelled of old oil, they had just changed the oil out of the deep fryers and do that once a week. Since your post they now make sure to do that task... More

We ate here on recommendation from our motel next door. Shown to our table and server was efficient but slow. Our drinks took a while to arrive and slow to take our order, when it arrived it was nice, food was very acceptable from the large menu. Probably not the best value for money as prices were higher than elsewhere... More

Thank you for taking the time to review us, I have already shown this post to the staff in hopes to show them that their speed and attentiveness matters to both the customer and to the dining experience of everyone involved. I am glad that you were happy with your food. More
