Best Cincinnati style chile in the world. If you don't like Cincinnati chile you have never had it or you bumped your head and need medical attention.

I grew up on skyline. I grew up on skyline here! And i must have it as soon as possible upon my entry into the city. Classic 3way (and a coney if i'm feeling like a glutton)! Never fails to please. I've introduced many out of towners to this local specialty and the LOVE it!

Out of towners always ask "what should I order?" or "How to intrepret the Skyline menu choices?". It's simple, Skyline Chili comes 3 way, 4 way, or 5 way. 3 way is their unique chili sauce over spagetti and topped with shredded cheddar cheese. Add your choice of chopped onions or kidney style beans. Both beans and chopped onions come... More

I always get the four-way, beans and onions on the side, light spaghetti and heavy chili, Cheese coney with everything. Once a month is a good frequency for us. Visitors from out of town, miss their fix and so load up while here.

There are those who swear on it. It's rather like goetta or White Castles. If you are native to Cincinnati, then you likely moved from your mother's breast to Skyline. Camp Washington other times will take top honors. Basically what we have here is Greek spaghetti with meat sauce, the "secret ingredient" being cinnamon. A Greek in 1912 fled to... More

If you're not from Cincinnati, you need to try the local chili. There are lots of places you can go to get it, like Goldstar, Dixie Chili, Price Hill Chili, etc. Skyline has the most regional locations. It is also very representative of the dish and many locals list it as their favorite. These local chains are very consistent, so... More

Last Saturday, we were visiting from out of town and continued a family tradition of dropping in at a Skyline Restaurant. A large party of adults, teens and children and we received top flight service, which accommodated the youth and their voracious appetites. I had the four way and almost expired from contentment! This is seriously good food and the... More

Skyline is one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati. The atmosphere is great, the food is served hot and fresh, and you are sure to be satisfied. Make sure to try the cheese coney! It is delicious! I hope you go next time you're in the Queen City!
