We had such a great meal. The best dish we tried by far was the cavatelli alla norma. The parmigiano was a tiny bit bitter. The tiramisu with chocolate was delicious. Highly recommended.

Having trawled the mysterious alleyways, unshowy shopping opportunities and multi-layered town, it was time to feed the beast. Tucked away in an alley, we loved this trattoria set in Baroque splendour. Dinner was served under the lemon trees. We reversed the order and started with cactus fruit mousse followed by classic regional fare. Wines pared well by our sommelier and... More
Very high end cooking - charming professional staff. Expensive but worth it. We had the tasting menu which was very good indeed. Ask for a table overlooking the terrace.
You know modern...black and white dare I say stark? But that is the style and it is not unpleasant. This is fine dining with wine only by the bottle and appropriate pricing. A nice dining experience with good service.
The tasting menu with paired wines was enjoyable and included many unique dishes I doubt I'll have the opportunity to try again, for example sea urchin soup with Etna peaches and cactus fruit mousse. The lovely patio setting was perfect for a warm evening outdoors. Servers were engaging and made efforts to describe each course and how it was prepared,... More

Sicilian food is so fantastic, that any attempt to make it "high end" is a gamble and must not result in loosing any of the beautiful flavours, The service and ambience were fine except that due to rain... Being foodies, we did our culinary homework for our stay in Modica. Fattoria delle Torre gets great reviews, so in May I already booked for 1 August. I am sorry to say that we were very disappointed. I think this has been one of the worst dinners of my life. And I've had quite a few. Some of my findings:... More
We were a group of 15 that found ourselves Modica the night before a wedding vow renewal and looking last minute for a place to eat. Now 15 people you think would not be easy. By real luck I came across the name Fattoria Delle Torri and it looked interesting and because my name is Torie decided to take a... More
Lucky enough to have had a second visit here. We were the only people in on a Wednesday night, but the food was beautiful. I can only categorise it as 'posh Sicilian'! Extensive Sicilian wine list so try something you won't be able to sample outside Sicily. Service was faultless. Do make sure you scoff all the delicious breads, no... More
