Lovely Setting Overlooking the Harbor

Our group of 24 had lunch there, with pre-ordered choice of fish or meat. The meat turned out to be venison, which was prepared well, and the fish was great. Lovely view from our table.

Magnificent Kviknes Dining

The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. You do not need to dress for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The quality and variety of fod choices is superb. To ensure a table by the window, make a reservation for a specific time.

nice but loud

when staying at the Kviknes hotel it is usual to eat breakfast and dinner smorgasbord here. Decent selection, very nice help, but main dining hall is huge, chaotic and loud.

Best buffet ever.

I could write about the views and the hotel (both wonderful) but the breakfast and dinner made me regret to have only one stomach. Just do it, totally worth it!
