We really enjoyed our two nights in a row eating here. In the first night they were fully booked so we decided to eat on the terrace anyway (-4 C) and they were concerned and in the same time so willing to serve us. The food is extraordinary, large portions and definitely the papanasi cannot be missed! I would like... More

As long as God will keep Nea Viorel in good health, we will have the perfect Romanian cousin place to go to in Romania. There is no point in going to Poiana Brasov if you do not eat at Nea Viorel- Coliba Haiducilor. Every time he will be there taking care that you have a place to sit , and... More

Very poor and extremely rude service from the waiter serving at our table (at dinner time). Like another reviewed also mentioned earlier, the waiter brought things we did not order, acting like she does us a favour by bringing things we did not order. When we said that we first have to decide whether or not to accept the dishes... More

Romanian traditional food. A little bit expensive for the small portions food, but it was a nice experience.

I visited this restaurant on 1st December and everything was the same like always: warm atmosphere, nice people, outside was snowing, very tasty food. Just one surprise: in the "country of trout" one little trout 15 EUR. So be careful about the presentation of the prices in the menu. And another thing, this for restaurant employees (in specially Chef of... More

I was here for lunch during my trip in Transylvania. It's a typical Romanian restaurant with a warm location, but the food was not so good as I expected. I took a plate of mixed roasted meat and a chicken soup. Quite good, but Nothing special.

This restaurant has a very good looking and decoration are just perfect. Also the band is pretty nice and bring joyfull. Unfortunately, this is a factory, waiter don't smile, you cannot ask them anything they are in rush,it's very noisy and the food is less than average (but not the price) It's an average restaurant and i wouldn't go back
