The meals are excellent but remember, Yorkshire portions, if you don't have a big appetite, start with a main and see what you can manage after that.
Had a meal here one evening, enjoyed it so much, and couldn't decide on the menu choice, so we came back the following evening.
Staying here for the weekend. Came back from a 14 mile walk. Ordered the burger. Any food would have done. However I had the best burger I can remember. Absolutely delicious. Thanks so much for a great meal and cannot wait for breakfast now :)

We stayed for a week-end and can not fault the hotel which has well stocked bar excellent choice of food and log burning fire
