We went to Tina's 2 times during the week we stayed in Hopkins. The place is very local, with Belizian food. Tina was making the food herself, singing in the kitchen - very nice.

The owner of the Lazy Lizard recommended Tina's Kitchen to us and we ate there a bunch during our week in Hopkins. It's the place to go for inexpensive, well-made Belizean food. This is a locals spot, and different from the tourist joints in town. Tina made hudut one day and it was delicious. Fish was great, chicken was great,... More

A local restaurant. Tina owns, cooks and tends bar for this restaurant. The restaurant is open and very comfortable. I had the "Jack" fish which had just been caught earlier. It was lightly floured and pan fried. Exceptional! I enjoyed the whole experience and would definatley recomend it to anyone visiting Hopkins, Belize.

My wife ordered an omelette and I asked for 2 breakfast tacos (figuring they would be like Mcdonald's size). Oh my Goodness ! The flour tortillas were dinner plate size and 1/8 inch thick. We enjoyed our breakfast...and left with takeout HA. Nice people there. Cash only

The menu offers traditional Garifuna dishes as well as the usual fare. You will pay local Belizean prices for delicious food. There are drummers there most nights. A local drum group named Family Group performs here. Typically closed Sundays.

Stopped for lunch. I had beef with rice and beans. Tasted like mom's pot roast cooked in a tomato based sauce. Very good flavor and very tender. Wife had shrimp with rice. Also, very good. Would go again. Probably try breakfast next time.

I Love Tina's! I went here 4 years ago when it was located at the south end of town and just came back to Hopkins and had to go to Tina's again. It was just as delicious as I remembered. The tortillas are the best thing ever, I had one with every meal. We tried the belizean breakfast, pineapple pancakes,... More

If you are looking for a taste of ethnic food Tina's is the place to go. It's on the outskirts of the village but worth the trek. They made sure we were taken care of. The food was excellent and the service was prompt and polite. The fish was fresh and the seasonings were great.

Do not judge it by modern looks. Her food was amazing. Best quesiadia my wife ever had. I had the chicken and rice. The she cooked me a flaming banana desert. With multiple drinks. Was also the most inexpensive place. $11.00 US for all that. Simply amazing bargain.

Lord the food!! Bless the Cook!!! I loved it. The food was reasonably priced and you got your fill. I was stuffed and only spent maybe $20USD including a tip, a drink, food, and a alcoholic beverage. Must Visit

Description
Tina's Kitchen has been opened since 2011 and is currently at it's third location since business started due to the demand for more and more seating . The Owner Ms. Tina as she is known decided to start her own small business after working at various resorts where she mastered her cooking craft in Belizean Cuisine and the traditional Garifuna dishes which is a part of her rich culture. At Tina's you won't see fancy dining sets and so fort but the meals that are basically home cook and made to order is what keeps quest coming back. We have a very small staff of hard working Belizeans that are ready to cater to your needs and they always try their best to insure the Customers leave happy.

So the next time you are in Hopkins Village, Belize or planning a vacation to Belize then you would want to put Tina's on your list of places to dine. I can assure you the experiences will be worth it.
