We enjoyed excellent food at Le Piquebaure on our recent trip to France and Italy. All 4 of us in our party are quite exacting foodies and of course both France and Italy abound with brilliant restaurants. The food, service and setting of the restaurant...More

French cuisine at its best. Do not miss it when in Roussilon, you'll love it for sure. Best place for dinner in the village.

We have been enjoying dinners at Le Piquebaure for about 16 years and never miss eating there when we are in Provence. The menu changes regularly and everything we have eaten there has been outstanding. The service is excellent, and the ambience of the restaurant...More

I think it’s a bit overpriced, but the food is VERY good. I’m still craving it all a few days later. We had the gambas and the foie gras toasts for starters and thé beef and duck for mains and the home made moelleux au...More

Service on the pleasant terrace at the rear was charming and helpful with our limited knowledge of French culinary vocabulary. We enjoyed the set three course menu (at €32, add €6 extra for fois gras) although we found the portions rather small, especially the main...More

On our trip we had traveled to several regions of France. This was our best dinner of the trip. On this trip I wanted to find that little out of the way spot where I could get that true French feeling and cuisine. This place...More

Outside the actual town of Roussillon its a short walk down the hill. You see this a lot on reviews but this genuinely was the best meal we had in Provence. All the dishes popped with distinct character and flavour, it was really delicious. The...More

We had a lovely dinner of three courses at a fixed price which was quite reasonable. Although choices on the price fixed are more limited we were able to find something to our liking. Everything was well prepared, delicious and presented with charm and style.
