We have been going to this restaurant on and off since the 1980s. We recently returned and it did not disappoint. The food was sublime (see photos). We will return.

We had dinner at this restaurant in September 2016. It was a wonderful experience. They didn't give us a menu but brought out different appetizers and then we ordered the pasta. It was absolutely delicious. We were three couples enjoying our stay on the Amalfi...More
Don't be put off by the entrance. The restaurant itself is decorated in a style that you don't see very often anymore but it adds to the quaint, rustic and friendly atmosphere that compliments the high quality meals they serve
The first to say is that the guys were very warm and welcoming. The restaurant is on a main road but it doesn't have a front on the road and you access it through the door and walk down the corridor to a lovely authentic...More
Very accommodating for our group of six. The staff doesn't speak much English. Unfortunately, while pizza was on the menu, it wasn't available while we were there. The house wine was served in a pitcher. And it wasn't good so we ordered a bottle. Seafood...More
Good Italian food. The serving was a little bit on the low side... they are a bit reticent to offer the beverage menu... and in the wine menu you don't have any price for beer or water... on the good side you have a last...More
We were here with our tour group. This is not a place that I would recommend to anyone. The food was just barely edible, bathrooms filthy, and to top it off their was a "gypsy" playing his accordion terribly, trying to extort money from the diners.Not...More
We visited La Sosta on the strength of previous reviews, and for no better reason than it was raining and the restaurant was near the car park. Frankly, we should have walked a bit further and got wet. My pasta was dull. My husband's calamari...More
Every time we visit Italy we always eat at La Sosta. It is one of our favorite places. The owner and staff are extremely nice and go out of their way to please you. Best fish I've ever eaten.
We went there by tip from our hotel. We had a great meal and really nice staff. We had a great local wine and everything felt really local and authentic. Lots of locals eating there as well. Always a good sign! :)
