Stopped on the way home to get a bite to eat after being at the beach. Lovely looking inside and pleasant bar maid served us. Sat outside to catch the last of the sun. Firstly seeing chef smoking in his chef whites was bad enough but then walking past us with his friend swearing was shocking. Bread on the bread... More

Had a lovely walk to Ayrmer cove and then lunch here. Friendly staff and great prices, pizzas are homemade and taste epic. I can highly recommend this family friendly pub.

Great family food for all ages. This little restaurant is family friendly and offers a variety of your favourite Italian foods including calamari, mussels and pizza. Worth a trip to this hidden gem.

Nipped in here after the beach, set out well with plenty of space and dogs are allowed as well, sat inside but there's also a nice beer garden, ordered the mount Etna pizza was absolutely lovely very spicy and thin crust, son had ham and tomato sandwiches again huge and fresh. Friendly efficient staff and nice warm place,Highly recommend .

Been lots of times and it's always 'OK'. Local to holiday home so usually end up there at some point. Pizza good. Everything else average. The shared loo always surprises me that it's allowed! Staff vague but pleasant. Just ok.

Popped in for lunch with two children (aged 8 & 10). Italian based menu in a pub that looks like it has been recently renovated. It has been done sympathetically with a modern feel but without ripping the heart out of a 16th century inn. Between us we had 2 pizzas and one Chicken Burger. Everything was cooked to order... We visited The Pickwick Inn for dinner tonight as we are staying in nearby Bigbury on Sea. Having checked Trip Advisor before our visit we nearly made alternative arrangements due to some of the reviews but decided to listen to the good reviews and were pleased we did. The outside of the restaurant could do with a tidy up but... More
