We ordered four crepes but were disappointed in the rubbery crepe which was too thick and stodgy and not up to French standards. Also the small portions in the fillings was a let down - I had barely a teaspoon of grated cheese in mine.

The coffee is fine, the staff are pleasant but disorganised and the service is slow. However, the crepes are very disappointing. Mine was served lukewarm on a cold plate. It was thick and tough to eat. The flavourless, sparse filling consisted of a very small...amount of cold grated cheese and a slice of processed ham. We were asked for payment in advance which is very odd and gives the impression you are not to be trusted and the management expect you to do a ‘runner’ without paying! It did not leave us with a good impression.More

Sitting outside and have received a luke warm three quarter filled glass of latte. Waited another 20 minutes for a panini with Brie and and bacon. Served warm again with one part filled with yesterdays microwaved bacon. A totally waste of time and a total...waste of £19. Never recommend to anyone.More

We have been a few times and today we arrived early so we would get a table as it is very popular. The food is so delicious and the smoothies are amazing. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The waitress we had was lovely. Overall...another great visitMore

The waiting staff were friendly but laking in information around menu options available that day, even with such a wide range of options that where on the menu. The staff and establishment should have informed guests that payment for orders were required as soon as...you placed them even though it was a dine in restaurant. Service felt rushed and like you were really welcomed as payment was asked for 15mins after sitting sown and placing order with no explanation. There was someone who kept on constantly shouting at top of their lungs from the kitchen/bar side to that echoed through the building not presenting a suitable atmosphere. The scrambled eggs were too overcooked and not very well seasoned. The rest of the full breakfast was average. The cup of coffee were so small even for a flat white and cappuccino, it felt like an espresso and was even served below lukewarm.More

Had a very disappointing first visit. Pancakes were like leather. Waffles were heavy, VERY chewy and bone cold. Waited 45 minutes. Was asked to pay our bill when our drinks were delivered. Bills should be paid at the end of a service not before or...during. Unfortunately this wasn’t a one off. 2 tables around us also complained about there service and food quality.More

Was so disappointed with the savoury we left rather than getting a dessert The crepe mix I believe was packet mix. Chicken was frozen meat. Need a lot of seasoning. Very bland. The chicken and bacon was plentiful and looked nice. Just didn’t taste nice....The creamy fish. Had flavour just no filling. A small piece of fresh smoked Salmon and cream cheese. Very nice. Just not much of it. Had our drinks, baileys cocktails (more of a hot chocolate with a shot! After being served drinks and waiting for main. Was asked to pay for food! Strange. Either as you order or at the end . Not during! Pleasent rooms, very quant. Have walked passed and has been busy many times and was really looking forward to spending some time! Shame.More

You have to pay in advance, and with the poor quality and very cold pancakes, this is understandable.....My savoury pancake (cheese and ham) was cold as was the miniscule filling, but swamped with balsamic vinegar ( no mention of this on the menu). My wife...'s pancake a simple sweet pancake with lemon was equally cold. Poor experience began with nothing more than writing down the order. I had to seek out the staff ( who were having a pleasant chat amongst themselves at the bar) to find out when our drinks would arrive, (the young staff were having a pleasant chat amongst themselves at the bar) . Unimpressed with almost everything , including the bicycle left by the seating...............More
