Everything was fantastic. In particular the Cullen Skink was the best soup we have ever had. Other starters were equally good. The PE teacher said his steak was good meat. The octogenarian thought the venison was fantastic. Hope to come back again.

Russell's is an attractive and somewhat formal restaurant. Our host, Robert, is anything but formal. He is witty, charming, occasionally outrageous, and very entertaining. But he is very good as host, and made sure we had an enjoyable evening. The food at Russell's is traditional,...More

Spean Bridge is a tiny village, but it has an outstanding restaurant. Russell's tables are spread around several rooms, which makes for an intimate experience. The table settings are elegant, and the food and service are excellent. It was a very nice surprise to find...More

My wife and I visited on our train and walking trip in Scotland. It may be an unfair comparison but Russell’s, while very good, lacked the flair and special exquisiteness of local produce dishes from some of our other restaurants. A very good but not...More

We don't know because we don't have a dog and we didn't see any dogs. You should get in touch with the restaurant.
