What an awesome restaurant. Great sale, great service and really quick. Awesome food too. Great little town to wander around and taste the local foods on offer.

Definitely qualifies as 'Cool Japan'. Even the rice cooker is cool -- huge iron cauldron using firewood for heat. All part of the Obusedo / Masuichi sake brewery complex.
