Local Pub with simple German Food. Tuesday was Steak and Salad night. There seems to be a lot of locals here. Wait staff was extremely friendly and she spoke fluent English.

I've been there a few times and have found it very relaxing. The atmosphere is very warm and people seam to stay long after having their food to chat and also play cards and other board games. OH.. and did I say the food is GREAT..!!

I was looking for a nice German restaurant to have dinner, and happened to run across this one. It looks small from the outside, but very roomy inside with tables on two floors, plus an outdoor cafe. I was greeted right away and seated. The staff were kind of friendly and helpful. They have a large menu with a lot... More

On holiday in Bitburg but drove 130km to Landstuhl to show my friends the best steak in Germany. They were not disappointed. Stephan, the landlord, gave his normal hearty welcome and showed us to our reserved table. Fritzie, the waitress was very helpful and the evening was very enjoyable.

We ate here as a 5 person family on a Wednesday night. Walked in and we greeted and seated quickly. The gentleman at the bar was very helpful with translating and understanding the menu. He offered advice for children's choices. Chicken and fries for my son was very tasty and good sized portion. Kids meals even included a small scoop... More

Great little restaurant off the main road coming down from the Castle. Dishes were great and prices were better. We went on their steak night (Thursday's) and fed our family well for €51! Definitely coming back for more 🇩🇪😘

We had dinner here the other night after several recommendations from friends. The schnitzel is the best in town. The place is a little difficult to park near but there are parking spaces off the side streets. The atmosphere looks a bit upscale bit the service was more like family. We had the Rahm schnitzel and the Jager schnitzel. Both... More

Really enjoyed sitting in the courtyard, enjoying the fine dishes. Very atmospheric setting, with views of the castle.

Had a great meal with my wife and a couple of friends. The pasta with shrimp was hot from the first to the last forkfull. Our two friends complimented us on the selection of this restaurant to eat at. We sat upstairs and enjoyed the paintings of famous musicians. Recommend a visit.

A delicious steak done to perfection. Topped w/ herb butter and au jus. Sauce not needed. Beautiful surroundings and great service. Menu is in German but the waitress knew English very well. The dressing on the salad was phenomenal. Only downside is they wouldn't sell me a jar of the dressing. Must go!
