Great pub grub at reasonable prices. Good real ales. Love the tiered garden. This is one of my favourite pub's in England!

We visited the Ship during our holiday in Cornwall. A last minute choice after seeing positive reviews, we thought we would give the Ship inn a try. Whilst the pub had bags of atmosphere, with some interesting decoration and full of locals and visitors a...More

This is a tiny local pub, not a lot of table but a great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Good choice of ales and food is very good. Even if we waited a long time to get served, the staff found a good way to keep...More

Had the most amazing burger here! A really lovely pub with lots of character, reasonably priced food and friendly locals. Will definitely visit again.

Went here early one evening. Quirky pub in terms of layout and decor which was good. Starters were better than the mains to be honest. Lovely starters, mains were ok pub grub. All round nice place.

Like a step back in time, harbouring from vile and wild weather outside, this very real pub at the edge of the village is steeped in history and is full of willing young staff and many regulars. We enjoyed a lovely glass of wine, a...More

Sorry only just saw your message. Parking not good in Porthleven there is a small 7-11 store by the port bridge where you can park which means a less than five minute stroll. You might get lucky along the port side too... More

I know that you can't book in the main season but not sure whether you need to out of season. Good choice on the menu every day
