Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a first rate farm shop. Good coffee and meals but high quality food and service. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. The whole site is very dog friendly which we appreciated. The butcher’s shop is excellent with high quality meat and the best...burgers in the universe. Most importantly, the prices here are very reasonable, unlike many farm shops we have visited. Highly recommended.More

On holiday and having been failed miserably by Tesco's home delivery we had to go and find some breakfast. We came to Beadlam Grange they could not have been more helpful although busy they found us a space. The food was good the service was...excellent and even when a problem was identified it was quickly resolved. In fact we were that pleased we booked Sunday lunch. It is a shame Tesco's failed but out of failure we did find Beadlam Grange every little helps.would recommend to anybody great breakfast.More

came here for lunch , the staff not overly welcoming, bit abrupt, if you provide a play area( we came with my wife's grandson) accidents can happen , the attitude of the staff, was shall we say unpleasant, we left and won't be returning

What a lovely little farm shop and bistro. Been here a a few times when we have been in the area. Plenty of products in the shop as well as the butcher and also the gift shop. The bistro is lovely and relaxed, the service...is good and the food is lovely and reasonably priced. Next time we are in the area we will be returning. Great job, keep up the good work.More

We was recommended to visit Beadlam Grange Farm shop/Restaurant and we was not disappointed, the full breakfast was very filling and there was no problem with dietary changes. Dog friendly in the Restaurant but not in the Farm shop, we could have had our hair...cut as there is a hair dressers on site (bookable). Staff was very helpful in the Restaurant & the shop.More

My first visit to Beadlam Grange. It is somewhere I have passed on many occasions but never visited. There is an on-site Farm Shop and Deli with amazing looking fresh produce and meat. Also a Home/Gift Shop. We dined as a party of 3 at...the Bistro for lunch. The staff were unfortunately not overly welcoming and appeared uninterested. The menu choices were limited however the food was well presented and tasty (possibly overpriced in my opinion). The seating environment was comfortable however it was dusty and there were quite a few cobwebs. For the prices, I expected better attention to detail and customer care. I would not choose to dine at the Bistro again however the Farm Shop and Deli made the visit worthwhile. Plenty of on-site parking and toilet facilities were available.More

Afternoon tea for a family birthday: food was very good, generous portions, beautifully presented and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the surroundings, both in the tea room and former barn area, were charming. Farm shop and homewards shop were...both very good and well worth a visit too.More

Fabulous Breakfast, top quality products and delicious. Staff are lovey. A little wait for breakfast to arrive but worth waiting for.(probably because everything is freshly cooked) Great atmosphere. Great farm shop with butchery/deli and gift shop. Highly recommend.

We called in here today for coffee. I decided to have a look around the shop and got a few bits. The place was not at all busy. At the checkout I asked the young woman for a carrier bag which she threw at me...and made no attempt to help me with the packing, no smile please or thank you. As soon as the transaction was done she walked to the other end of the checkout and continued her conversation with her workmate. I joined my friends in the seating area for our tea and coffees. On our way out we passed the checkout and said 'thank you' but were completely ignored by this woman. She clearly did not want to be there. The rest of the staff were friendly enough.More

Thought we would try again after a few years away. went for late lunch that almost turned into an evening meal. All seemed great when we walked in. We had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated and was given the Tuscan suite...which was delightful. A waitress arrived within seconds asking if we were ready to order when we hadn’t even finished sitting down yet…a bit too prompt. Saying no seemed to be a bad move! It seems not being instantly ready to order puts you into a forgotten zone…couples came, oredered, ate and left and still no service….I went looking for the waitress and was told she would there shortly….40mins in total to order the food. I really had to bite my lip when she arrived and asked without any apology “are you ready to order?” The food was very good, in particular the farmers platter, but the service was shocking. You used to just order at the till…if that’s no longer an option then table service really needs to be much better….still lost it’s past magic I’m afraid 😩More

Came for breakfast on Wednesday and the place was packed so already we were excited about what was to come! The ladies working were very friendly and had time to make us feel welcome even though they were so busy. Efficiency is the only word...that comes to mind! Ordered a full English & a breakfast bap which came quickly (we had been warned there may be a delay as it was so busy but 10 minutes wait was certainly more than acceptable). Absolutely perfect - great quality cooked well and hot. The coffees had been served just a few minutes prior which were hot and delicious. When we paid I mentioned the coffee and it was explained it was their own blend. I was delighted by the shop and left with coffee and superb sausages. The exceptional service was present in the shop who's staff were obviously proud of their products and happy to recommend. Here’s hoping I can recreate a Beadlam bap at home!More
