Very small restaurant so have to be there at 6.00 to get a table. Worth it though, the food is amazing. Does a pizza takeaway service if you can't get a table.

This appears to be the best place to eat in Ingleton, provided its open. The informative notes and notices are a bit over done but the food and wine is good. Friendly service as well. I would go back.
We went to La Tavernetta following a recommendation from the owners of a nearby teashop. They praised it highly, so we thought we would give it a go. The restaurant is small - only 5 tables, 3 to sit two people, and 2 to sit...More
La Tavernetta looks distinctly ordinary from the street. Fortunately, we'd had a strong recommendation from our B&B host. We had a brilliant meal, and loved the atmosphere. It's deservedly popular, with a stream of locals calling in to collect takeaway. It's tiny, so turn up...More
So disappointed after reading previous reviews. The starters where overpriced and terrible fried mushrooms in butter? Garlic bread which could have been produced by a child big clumps of raw garlic absolutely on bread from a big brand supermarket! Well let's just say I had...More
Our garlic bread is made in the restaurant not at a supermarket, and I hope you continue to enjoy your tinned spaghetti You obviously know a lot about Italian food!
The food is fantastic, freshly made. I can see why they don't take bookings, as you'd never get in, they would be booked up for weeks on end. Please look beyond the notices in the front door and window, it's lovely when you get inside.
We ate here as a large group of family and sat at two tables of 4. You can't book and if you turn up and get offered a table in half hour or so then one of your party has to wait in the restaurant...More

No bookings accepted so you have to take pot luck. Ignored a bit at the desk, just a simple "be with you soon" would have been enough. When finally got a table for 2, had to wait a while for drinks to be brought but...More
I visited La Tavernetta with the family whilst staying in Ingleton for a week's holiday. The staff were very friendly and the service was very efficient. As there is no booking and it only seats 14, we waited outside with other customers just before six...More
