Last night my family visited Duman on recommendation. Simply, we had a wonderful meal! As expected the menu has lots of grilled meat dishes plus burgers, pasta etc. Good quality Turkish grilled food from a comprehensive menu. My step-son & I shared a mixed grill...for two + added spiced chicken thighs. My fiancée had lamb with smoked aubergine & garlic yogurt. All very tasty. Our rose was good as was the Efes on tap. Definitely recommended and definitely returning!More

Great for a casual call in for tea in mid week. The salad provided along with the meal is a really nice touch. The service was good and efficient. The interior feels a bit tired in parts but all in all very nice.

Just been to Duman Turkish Grill in Aintree. My oh my the food is fabulous! I can highly recommend the Lamb chops - so delicious 5 of them! Coated in tasty seasoning served with rice and you get bread and a great salad for free...along side it. Chips are sides at £4 each. Husband had mixed charcoal grilled shish and he was happy. Service good, the restaurant was really busy. The whole area smelled devine. Best Turkish restaurant around. Highly recommended!More

My wife and I recently visited this restaurant in Aintree and as usual were met with very warm greetings from ALL of the staff as we have been dining there for some time and we know each other of the staff on first name terms....We are treated like family and it’s very heartwarming!!!!! Nothing is a bother for them and their Customer Service Standard is EXEMPLARY, no faults at all The food is EXCELLENT in my wife’s opinion and mine!!! we will be continuing to dine there for as long as possible as we enjoy visiting this premium establishment.More

Five of us went for dinner starters were very poor quality greasy bread was served in a wicker basket with no lining very in unhygienic menu just had what meat was served nothing about what else was being served with the meal waiter asked did...we want sides we didn’t even know what was going if anything going to be served with our meat I order lamb ribs they were cold and vile poor quality and full of fat the rice on the plate was put in a ball it was dry with no sauce discusting the salad was bitter and full of vinager the eating staff need to learn table manners learning all over you when serving instead of walking round you I have been all over the world and I have to say that was the worst meal I have ever had when eating out do not waste your time or money at duminMore

We had dinner here after The mind Body spirit event at Aintree racecourse. We had not booked and it was Saturday evening but were found a table quickly . The quality of the food was excellent and potion size was good. We both had Hot...Shrimp as a starter and it was delicious. My partner had a mixed kebab which he enjoyed and I had the Alinazik lamb which was tender and very flavourful. Extra bread is provided if you want it. The deserts in the cabinet looked great but we were both full up so opted out this time. Highly recommend.More

Went Saturday afternoon with my son. Ordered our food, when it came that was the last we saw of the staff, tried to get a second drink but after 20 mins finally gave up. Had to go to the counter to ask for our bill...as our server was non existent. Paid the bill and left. Really poor service which spoilt the afternoon.More

Local restaurant which I have wanted to try for sometime. However my girlfriend had heard it wasn't good. Regrettably she was right. Service was poor. Brought main course before the starter. Effectively said it was our fault for not telling them we hadn't had our...starter. Told us they would take it off the bill (as if that was a good solution) the main was poor I had lamb. Most underwhelming Turkish lamb I've had. Apart from the salad and the Turkish delight it was shocking. Needless to say we will not be returning.More

Visited again this evening the food was excellent, freshly cooked, all the staff were friendly, and the place was buzzing with people enjoying themselves.

Absolutely gorgeous food. Good sized portions. I was with my friend and one starter between us would have been enough. They gave us salad and bread too. Friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely go back again.

The food is exceptional and the staff are lovely. I’d recommend the halloumi burger. Best one I’ve had anywhere in Liverpool. The salad and bread you get with the meal is delicious. Better than anything over the road in the so called restaurants that are...more expensive. Thanks for a great meal.More

* allergy warning* Ordered on Uber eats for delivery, spoke with the manager of the restaurant prior who assured me they could cater for gluten free and advised that I put a note in the order box as confirmation for the restaurant. Followed all instructions...and the lamb shish arrived on a wrap which was not gluten free. When contacted the manager with the concern he stated that they don’t see the messages on the order that he asked me to leave! Very disappointing and potentially could have made me very ill had I assumed the wrap to be gluten free following our discussion. Restaurant unable to do anything about it as delivery through Uber eats.More
