What an amazing place this is.
We booked this as we were visiting the area for the weekend and it was close to where we were staying and what a gem it was!
We went with our 2 children and my parents and had a great evening. The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was super value for money as the food was some of the best we have ever had. My husband and dad had mussels followed by steak and said it was better than they had ever had anywhere (and we eat out a lot) everything was cooked to perfection and so well presented. There is no specific children’s menu but they could have anything in a smaller portion which was great, they were so accommodating, we couldn’t praise this place enough and we will def be back to visit again!

We can remember this restaurant serving Sunday Lunch in 2006 and always wished it would go back to doing so. On hearing it would be offering Sunday lunch again, we weren't long in jumping at the chance to repeat the experience. As is usual when something changes, it takes a bit for people to notice, hence, we were the only two in on Sunday but it was good to note that it would be open through to the evening. We have to say that we enjoyed the hours we spent over our excellent meal: for all the times we say we will try something totally different, we nearly always go back to our favourites. A cracking meal!

This is the second takeaway we have had from Terra Nostra and we have to say we enjoyed it immensely. Both steaks with a choice of sauce were cooked perfectly and we decided to have a portion of chips and onion rings to accompany the more-than-ample amount of fresh vegetables. Not like having the personal service at table, but can't wait until things have settled back to normal: there is no doubt that we will be there enjoying the atmosphere with a lot more people. Have to say also that the delivery driver was friendly and courteous too.

We went for a meal at Terra Nostra tonight, Sunday 30th May. I’ll start by say the food was excellent as always, nothing to complain about there, however, we both found one of the waitresses to be quite rude and almost hyperactive.
We were asked what drinks we wanted to order, by this waitress, as we’d only just sat down. We didn’t have a drinks menu on the table so I said I wasn’t sure what I wanted, I was asked, do you want wine? I said I possibly would if I knew what was available. The drinks menus were placed on the table but the waitress still stood there, order book and pen in hand, shuffling from foot to foot, I didn’t really have time to look and decide properly, so made a rushed choice, my husband didn’t have time to look what he wanted as she was in a rush to get the order in. I must say, this attitude really spoilt what should have been a lovely evening for us out enjoying great food and drinks having not been out since before Christmas.
As another table of four came in, this waitress asked them for their drinks orders before they’d all sat down, in my opinion this is really bad.
It seemed that there was a real rush to get the orders in and get you out again to get more customers through the door. We felt so rushed.
I would normally order a cocktail whilst I’m choosing from the menu, have wine with my meal and a nice limoncello to finish, but the waitress had ruined the ambiance from the start.
As we paid our bill she quickly grabbed it off the table and shouted another waitress to get a cloth to clean the table, we hadn’t even stood up at this point.
I have never in over 30 years left a restaurant without leaving a tip for the hard working staff, but on this occasion, despite the other waiters being attentive, we thought they didn’t warrant it as one person had ruined our night out. It is such a shame as the food was excellent.

Terra Nostre is a nice popular Italian style restaurant and on a Friday night when we went, it was jam packed so reservations are a must. The food here is very good quality, very well cooked and the sauces were flavorful and authentic tasting. The staff were very friendly, the service was good overall. However, the food took a very long time to come, like about 30-40 mins for our mains after starters. Portions are good, although on the smaller side in terms of vegetables so it’s best order a side dish or get a starter plus main. There’s good variety on the menu, from pizza and pasta and to fresh fish, prawns, steak and veal. Prices are a moderate, about £30 per person for starter and main.
Overall high quality authentic Italian food, friendly staff, mid range prices and lively atmosphere. They cater for birthdays as well.

It was a sunny Wednesday and we were riding the tram back to Blackpool when it stopped at Bispham. We had been recommended a restaurant - “hop off and go straight ahead - it’s the first Italian restaurant you come to” - but even these vague directions got us there. We were too early for dinner but we sat outside, enjoying their very good Pinot Grigio. The lobster ravioli and calamari were excellent, the best we’d had, and we couldn’t resist cheesecake and profiteroles. Most amazing is that a restaurant with excellent food, good wine and friendly service is so reasonably priced. Not to be missed.

It was our second takeaway from Terra Nostra and everything was delicious and hot when it was delivered. We especially enjoyed the Pollo dishes - the cacciatora and alla crema which both came with fresh vegetables. We also didn't have to wait too long for the food to be delivered, roughly around 30-40mins which is much quicker than most of the takeaways I have ordered from.

Food is excellent, service is excellent, environment is nice and cosy, wine is good, can feel a little rushed at times, but they do pack em in.
If you like em, pizza's are awesome and great value, about £7.50.
Pasta is great, my wife's favourite is the lobster pasta special, she has that every time.
The steaks are not cheap as is the norm anywhere these days, but I have had a few steaks here and never had a bad one, worth the price as they are so good as is everything else I have eaten here.
Book in advance to ensure you're not disappointed.

Despite being local, I’ve never been to Terra Nostra before. We booked a table for my sister’s birthday as she wanted to go to an Italian and I came across the set menu here. We were all aiming to go for the full 3 courses but only managed 2 desserts between 4 as we were so stuffed! Starters were prompt, but slight delay on a prawn dish, but beautifully cooked and delicious. The meatballs were meaty and full of flavour. The mains were hearty portions and equally as yummy. The desserts were presented well and the service was great as they played a birthday song and sang for my sister. Overall really pleased, will return.

We had planned to visit for my Mum’s birthday but unfortunately plans had to be changed and we had to stay at home. I contacted the restaurant and they were more than happy to accommodate our order and even delivered it, despite that not being usual for them.
The food was excellent. We ordered a selection of starters and mains and each dish was freshly prepared and tasty. The ribs fell off the bone, the lasagne was rich and tasty, the tagliatelle was creamy and plentiful. The seafood risotto, ravioli and cannelloni were also well received. My Mum was delighted and although it would have been great to go to the restaurant this was still an amazing treat.
The staff were also lovely and professional and the young lady who took my order was so polite and a credit to the business. Thank you to everyone at Terra Nostra. We can’t wait to visit in person.

Just had the most excellent meal for two delivered whilst the restaurant is closed and we could not have been happier. The food was hot and everything to order from starter to main and I would definitely recommend the vegetarian risotto which was superb. Will definitely be doing this again soon.

Had a nightmare day at work and just couldn't be bothered to cook. Telephoned Terra Nostra and within half an hour a feast was delivered. Gorgeous Prawn Cocktail, with lovely fat prawns, a silky smooth Rose Marie sauce and a cheesey garlic bread. A juicy fillet steak, cooked to perfection, in a creamy black pepper sauce that was to die for with freshly cooked vegetables and the most amazing chips followed by a Tiramisu that I defy anyone to beat. When you go to Terra Nostra, everything is beautifully cooked, seasoned and served and the amazing thing about the Takeaway Service is that it is just the same. Everything is freshly cooked to order and arrives piping hot and beautifully seasoned and served in record time. It is not expensive and when you've had a long, hard day, it is the best thing to lift your spirits and make you feel good. I will definitely be using this fabulous service again - I'd be mad not to!

We came tonight with two friends who we hadnt seen for a while and who had come to Blackpool for the illuminations. As they were looking for a restaurant which was out of Blackpool we decided to bring them for a meal to the Terra Nostra. We have to say that they were truly impressed by the covid rules and the staff who were, and always are, helpful and obliging. They had a mains and drinks and unusually for us, we had the same. They have asked us to put in writing just how tasty and perfectly cooked these steaks were and how much they enjoyed the evening. Having had the tagliateli carbonara and the pizza calzone ourselves, we have to say that we enjoyed the change of choices too. Our friends have said that it won't be too long till they hope to come again.

Such a pleasant experience, we booked a table and I would recommend you do, if you decide to visit. The welcome was very warm the waiting staff were very attentive without being in your face. Food was excellent from starters to desert. Well presented and really tasty. Cooked to perfection and served hot. Very well priced and could not fault anything, We would recommend the restaurant worth a journey on the tram if you are not staying locally. The nearest stop is Bispham then 75 yards down Red Bank road.

Found that our usual Italian Resteraunt that we have been going to for years when in Blackpool had closed and as we regularly visit Bispham thought we would give it a go here. What a find!!! Fantastic food, excellent friendly staff and service and a lovely place to eat.
We ate on a Thursday and had aubergine and meatball starters and then fabulous lobster Ravioli for mains each. The house red Merlot is very reasonably priced and excellent and the whole meal and wine came to just over £50
Enjoyed it so much we went back on the Saturday and were given a very warm return welcome.
Can't wait for a return visit.
