This is without doubt the best chip shop for miles. I have visited this place a few times in the past and fish & chips have always been delicious. I recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 from me for top quality and friendly staff.

Will someone tell me how they have personally found this chip shop recently since change of ownership and of change of quality and cooking. Good or bad or what. As I need to do a bit organizing to eat in or get the food collected I would like others views. I miss my fish and chips. I would like a... More

It was my two friends from Glasgow's first visit to Bispham and they invited me to join them for fish and chips. Being 'savvy Scots' they had already made some enquiries and it was they who said they wanted to visit our local chippy! The restaurant had been busy when we arrived and we were lucky to get a table.... More

I have written a previous review of this chippy, but after reading recent poor reviews since it changed owners I was apprehensive about a revisit but the food is just as good as before, I can only think that the new owners took a little time to settle in. I would recommend this chippy again.

Food is nice from here. I work down the road so sometimes nip here for lunch. Steak and kidney pudding is lovly and the large chips are large! I would recommend here I'd you fancy chippy and are near by. You can choose to eat in or out.

Could have sworn this place had the wow factor last time we visited but 5 months on, I can only say it's okay. Fish was a bit overdone with crispy batter but on the oily side. Service was efficient and it seemed busy enough so maybe it was a one-off.

I USED to go here near enough every week for years to buy our Friday chippy tea but last few times it's been horrible! When the two older guys had it it was honestly the best fish & chip shop for miles but now the fish is half the size & greasy and the chips are green or soggy. The... More
