Wonderful views of Omis and the food was perfect and tasty the cheesecake was beautiful I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant

We spent the weekend at this family hotel and we're so amazed by the food here! We enjoyed tasty food and then we found out why it was so good! Everything served here is home made and grown by the family, the meat, the vegetables,...bread, even the wine... I stayed in Hotel Villa Dvor as a 30th birthday gift from my mother. It really was amazing, I cannot fault it. Restaurant Knez is on the 3rd floor of the Hotel. The service was impeccable, the dishes were cooked to perfection, seasoned well and...tasted equally as good. I tried to taste as many dishes as possible over the week I was there and they all were sublime. Regarding drinks, the hotel produces its own wines. Red + White. The red is amaaazing! First off, the view from balcony was truly wonderful, food was tasty but way over priced, our waitress whilst being pleasant omitted to point out the daily catch was priced at per 100gram,so a nice piece of fish for starter cost in excess of €37,...extortionate prices, side portion of veg, about 7/8 pieces of over cooked carrots and courgettes at over €5. The bill arrived with card machine already ready to go with total amount on same, upon querying cost of fish at 280 KN, got no hop from waitress only thats the price that management set, not her fault, even though I pointed out to her it was her job to guide us through the menu, very misleading and sharp practise. Would urge all future customers to query prices before ordering!More

First of all I have to praise the service we received from the nice and beautiful waitress who served us. in addition to this, the view is magical and worth a visit alone. We haven't tried all the dishes so it's hard to give a...comprehensive picture but we can start from what we ate and paid for. the starter and prusciotu were great but a bit overpriced. the wine was excellent. the problem arose when it comes to the side dish i.e. the carbs. a serious restaurant must be able to offer more than oversalted French fries for 3.5 euros if it is not to have the character of fast food. My red consisted of a chicken fillet split in two with a tasteless mustard sauce. The dish was cold and not particularly appetizing. I thought it was a shame that they didn't decorate the plate with vegetables or serve the sauce next to it instead of just pouring it over. .My father-in-law ate duck, which actually went perfectly with the halon sauce. The restaurant can definitely be developed further. Instead of selling pomes very expensively to raise the final bill, you can put energy into bigger dishes, more well-thought-out carbohydrates and a price that is adapted to the qualityMore

This was our third time in Knez and I have a feeling that we will always come back. The food is as always delicious. This time we had some fresh fish and meat, sea bass and steak. Not really sure now this is number 19..... Granted this is a bit more expensive than most restaurants in Omis however you do pay a bit more for the view which is stunning.... Excellent family run restaurant and hotel. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary there and thoroughly enjoyed both the meal and the personal service. Highly recommended.

Restaurant Knez, which is part of the family hotel "Villa dvor" is certainly one of the best and most romantic places where we ate. The view from the terrace of the beautiful Omis is almost as breathtaking as the delicious food. Here we ate the...best tuna steak and shrimp. The food is so delicious and well prepared that we returned three nights in a row. The service is great. The waiters are very professional and kind. Tip: be sure to book your table as the restaurant is full every night! We’re coming back again, that’s for sure!More

If you like a beautiful view with your meal then this is one the best restaurants you can find in Omis! Nice restaurant at the top of the hotel Villa Dvor which is located at the mouth of Cetina. We looved everything about the restaurant. We got a perfect table with the perfect view on whole Omiš, river and sea. We ordered beefsteak and homemade gnocchi with nuts, smokedham and truffles. Gnocchi were to die for...perfectly prepared. Later we found that the owner of...the hotel and restaurant, who is also chef, makes them by himself. Bravo!! Beefsteak was also great, prepared just as my friend asked it to be. The staff was always nice and ready to help with anything, the service was fast. Great value for money! Go for it, we sure will in our next visit to OmišMore

Food is delicious, the fish was great! And cheesecake too! Friendly staff and perfect view. We had a great time and will definitely come again. Warm recommendation!
