I ordered a basil birthday cake for the event which was scrummy. I had a Diritas special pizza which has the...classic Italian thin base made with sour dough and fresh wet mozzarella. I have never tasted anything so delicious in my life. The pizzas are to die for and there is nothing better than Di Rita's Spaghetti and Meatballs when you are craving some comfort food. Prices are in line with similar restaurants. You must not compare this restaurant to any chain restaurant - the quality of the ingredients is simply superior and authentically Italian. Amazing food, lovely venue and great service. You can eat in cheaper establishments, but you get what you pay for and if I'm eating out, then I want fantastic food and Di Rita's is a guarantee you'll get exactly that.

My wife & I stumbled across this restaurant whilst looking for somewhere to eat. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The food is very overpriced, £15 for the thinnest Calamari sharing platter I have ever seen, 2 main meals, meatballs and spaghetti and a breaded chicken...breast and spaghetti which were expensive and very mediocre. The best of it was being charged £13 for 2 x orange juice and lemonades! To top it off the 10% service charge was automatically added to the bill without our knowledge, something I believe should be at the customers discretion based on the service they receive and the quality of the food. My fault, I should've checked the bill a bit more thoroughly. Needless to say, we won't be returning.More

Saturday evening meal for 4. Service was first class , very friendly and polite. Menus have great choice and the food was excellent quality. Drinks choice really extensive with some great gins/cocktails. Reasonably priced too.

We visited the pizza & pasta restaurant for our anniversary and were absolutely overwhelmed with the great service and fabulous food. We went all out and had starters, mains & sides, finishing off with coffee and cakes. Lovely little restaurant hidden at the back. Small menu, which I like because it generally means they do it well. Beautifully served and well seasoned. We’ll definitely return again. The carpaccio and scallops were amazing and the halibut with samphire and chicken & prawn dishes...were both lovely. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu sometime 😋More
Went there for Sunday lunch with friends. My friend told me, this was the best Italian restaurant in town. I quite liked the easygoing athmosphere, the kindness of the staff, the availability of different types of dishes. I got a pizza and it was really...good must confess. All in all a pleasant experience. I also liked they had a selection of desserts, which you could take also home and a selection of Italian food products that you could buy.More

We came as a family for afternoon tea, this is something that has only been introduced at Di Rita’s and wow it was amazing! The food that was given were a selection of different freshly made sandwiches (rolls were baked on site). Salmon & cream...cheese, strong mature cheese and they made a beautiful vegetation Mediterranean vegetables. A selection of different cakes, scones, meringue, French fancies and even a chocolate shaped as a frog. We had to get some cakes boxed up to take home due to us being so full! Tom was our server and we couldn’t have been happier with his service. He was so attentive to our table, ensuring we were happy at all times, whether we wanted more tea etc. It was a pleasure to meet him! Thank you for such a lovely afternoon tea, it was perfect!More
