A cafe specialising in freshly prepared organic food. Good choices on menu, service a little slow but worth the wait. Friendly and interesting cafe, with newspapers available and an art gallery upstairs. Great for coffee, or afternoon tea.

we specialise in local and organic foods. We are passionate about providing fresh food that tastes delicious. The George Cafe welcomes the whole family. We provide a delicious breakfast and lunch menu, as well as a choice of hot and cold drinks and homemade cakes. We have a cosy front room, beautiful courtyard and family room with toys and games. Upstairs is our fabulous gallery, where we host an array of local art; a perfect spot to enjoy both views inside and outside The George. The George Cafe was established as part of The Oaklands Park community. Oaklands Park is one of the many communities that the Camphill Villiage Trust supports. There goal is to offer opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and other needs to live and work in delightful surroundings, where their contributions to the life of our community are valued.
