Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stopped for drink today. Nice tasting coffee but very pricey at £3.75 a cup. Never usually pay more than £3.20 at most..

We had to drop some stuff off at the Mill Barns the day before our wedding and was told about this cafe from our event organiser. We stopped here for breakfast as we were up early and travelled an hour without any food. I have...to say I'm quite fussy with food and my husband usually say I always have something to say wherever I eat but the food here was beautiful. One of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had! There was a couple of items we didn't like which we asked the breakfast to be without but they allowed us to have an extra of something else. They also had non dairy milk options of Soya and Oat milk which is great for people with an intolerance. Shop had some lovely gifts and sold a variety of products which was great. Staff were friendly and polite too! Great place and highly recommended!More

Fabulous cafe, lovely food and very friendly staff. Big attraction for us was being able to take our dog in with us. Hubby wanted to know why she got a free sausage and we paid for our food 🤣🤣. Lovely fresh products for sale in...the farm shop too. Highly recommending, especially if traveling with a dog.More

First visit walked in not knowing what to expect went to the counter all female staff just stood there and ignored us . We had to make the first move this is not what you call welcoming. We had a cafe for many years and...people were made to feel welcome as soon as they walked in. We were made to feel awkward. Needless to say we will not be going back.More

Travelling up to Ironbridge and looking for a decent breakfast stop. Not well advertised from roadside and doesn’t look much from the outside. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were great, catering for all our different requirements. Very tasty cooked breakfast with quality ingredients,...poached eggs cooked to perfection and refills of teapot. Well worth a visit.More

we were staying in the area so stopped here en route to a nearby cottage for supplies, tea& hot tea cakes. Staff were helpful. we enjoyed out teas outside before choosing pies, pasties, veg , bread for self catering. The exterior does look rather run...down which cqn be offputting but food is tasty and well presented, plenty of parking.More

We just love this cafe. we live in Telford and travel just for the amazing food this cafe offers. The ingredients are second to none, tasty and good portions. If you have the chance you must pop in and taste the food. Compliments to the...chef, he certainly knows how to cook a mean breakfast. The cakes are delicious too. Staff are very friendly. Keep up the good works guys.More

Been here with my mate twice now in the last few weeks and have to say the place does grow on you. Its clean and fresh (apart from the car park) and serves good food and drinks with polite staff. Also sells some decent fresh...produce btw. We are both bikers and prefer this place to the others along this road. Well worth stopping by.More

Have visited a number of times in the past with no issues, however very disappointed this time. Ordered a tuna Mayo sandwich on brown and asked for two plates. Order delivered was on white bread with a horrible looking “ salad” . As we were...in a hurry we ate the sandwich and left the rest . We used a serviette as a plate. The guy making the sandwiches appeared flustered and they were training new staff— sorry no excuse. The car park is now getting dangerous with big pot holes full of water.More

Called in at this farm shop for breakfast with six hungry cyclists, they don't open till 10.00am so we arrived early - having been advised of possible queues, and they weren't wrong. A lovely sunny morning so we sat outside, and having chosen a variety...of cooked breakfasts from the varied menu went inside to place our order. This is the system here and it works well, and yes it's card only, no cash, and that's not unusual these days - and certainly my preference. The staff here are very friendly, especially the girls, the hard working sole chef and his helper were delivering delicious food with minimum wait - obviously a carefully planned system. The poached eggs were excellent. Cant really fault our experience, but as there's always room to improve have rated it four stars - maybe taking orders at the table would have swung it. Would certainly call in again if passing, and would recommend others to do the same.More

All the food was lovely, delicious and well cooked. The staff were really really friendly and very happy. I like the fact that they don’t accept cash as this is a good way of stopping COVID, and who doesn’t bring there card? The food was...good value for money. I also liked the fact that I could see it being cooked and served. 5 stars rating 10 out of 10.More
