This takeaway has definitely gone downhill over the last few months. After being customers for over 2 years, I feel that I would never visit this place again. Not only have we received the incorrect order twice, but they haven't even gotten the manners or...responsibility to take accountability. The food over the last few occasions has been of poor quality, swimming in oil, colourant and not piping hot. Not only are the curries shocking, but even the nan's are cold and rubbery. After spending over £35.00 or more on a regular basis, once we made a complaint, they were rude and very arrogant. Do not use this takeaway as they will take your money and give you no refund. Lamb was tough and very fatty not nice waste of money.I would not buy from here again,the Nan bread was not cooked well

Order came in 45 minutes and piping hot, chicken tikka roll was full of meat and great tasting, saag paneer full of paneer and very tasty, korma was beautiful too. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again :)

Ordered food from here after seeing 5 stars so after not having curry for some time fancied trying somewhere local , ordered just under £25 for 2 curries with rice and waited 1 hour 49 minutes , to receiving 2 completely differently made curries with...exactly the same orangery liquid sauce one as a balti and one a a rogan Josh , my balti was so hot in taste I couldn’t eat it , my partner eats hot food but his was made from the same sauce so how can they claim one is a balti ? Really not happy , won’t be ordering againMore

The food was hot, tasty and matched the menu description. Although delivered on a Saturday teatime it arrived on time, well done for that. The salad and chopped onion could have been packaged better, it was in plastic bags and went soggy with the heat...of the other dishes. I will certainly order from them again.More

First time ever tried and can't say a bad thing wrong. It was hot, tasty, the right heat..and meat was moist. Just hope its as good the next time.

Worst service delivery and attitude on the phone I had e encountered. When you expect your food delivered in an hour and 90 minutes later they accuse you of lying.. avoid the disappointment and go somewhere else!

Orderd on line and was given a discount (happy days) meals were delivered in a reasonable time and ther meal was piping hot very friendly driver 2 different meals and both were of a high standard, i did not expect the food to be this...good from a take away however we have taken to using this any time we fancy Indian take away We have now had several different meals from Red Chillies and at no point have we ever been dissapointed Dont get me wrong this is not high end restaraunt quality but for me is high end take away quality and i would recomend it all day longMore
