well placed, great amenity in a good spot, but the veggie burgers are cooked in the same place as the meat, I'm told the meat burgers are good.

This is a great place for having a picnic or a cycle ride. Have been here many times when on my bike. And loads of Pokemon!

This is the ideal stop off on the way to Lancaster/Morecambe. A good cup of tea in a mug and the sandwiches are good as well. Sad to say we have called twice in recent months only to find it closed. It used to be open every day except Christmas I think it must have changed hands.

We often go for a walk at the Crook O' Lune and last time I decided to get a Bacon Cheese Burger and it was delicious. There is usually a choice of white or brown bap and topped with onions I was pleasantly surprised in the quality of the Burger. Usually at Kiosks you tend to get cheap burgers and... More

Went to Woodies at the Crook o Lune after not having been there for a while, and just as good as it's always been. My friend had the bacon butty and I had the more generous bacon, sausage egg and mushroom butty. All freshly done. I ordered, but while my friend was stuck on the motorway, I asked them to... More

My wife and I stop off frequently as we live close by. We are always greeted by the friendly staff and are never disappointed by the excellent food. We often treat the grandkids after a nice walk.

Woodies is an excellent stop for either walkers or cyclists wanting that quick fast open air food. The sausage or bacon bap is recommended with a hot mug of tea or coffee especially after a long ride.

As for the last review, nonsense. The staff here are honest, genuine and so very friendly. Every weekend me and my partner visit here for sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches. Absolutely love them, so tasty and real cheese on the butty mmm!

Went for a ride out in the afternoon sun , got a couple of drinks and the young girl gave me change from a £10 and I had given her a £20 . When I told her it was a twenty she just handed me the £10 without any apology or even looking at me . It seemed as if... More
