Been there many times and it is true respite from city life, a perfect for a weekend brunch or dinner and not far from city Kingston still. Love there crab cake and barrel roast chicken. They have own organic farm so what comes out of kitchen is fresh from farm for most times. Offers rooms as well and I am... More

Food was great. Their chicken and crab cakes were very good. My wing was undercooked though. The crêpe was good, but lacking as it didn't have any filling or much variety in flavour. Parking is limited to small coves along the road as EITS is nestled on the side of a mountain road. The server understood english and german, german... More

The road to get to Eits from Irish Town is not for the faint hearted at night - loads of potholes and bends - but once there you will find a warm welcome , good food and a lovely atmosphere

A nice restaurant. Also possible to stay the night. The view is great from your table. The food is very good. The main ingredients are locally produced. What they are preparing is tastefully and well presented. No problem being a vegetarian. Service is friendly and relaxed. Great place to dine and to stay a little longer.

Eits Café is situated on a beautiful spot at the Blue Mountains! The rooms all have views over an endless valley, though some are better than others! Ask for the "View" room! All veggies come from their own farm just beneath the restaurants, so all is organic and super fresh! The service are sweet, though not the quickest, so make... More

We stayed at the Bed and Breakfast at EITS in the second week of October, it was lovely. Robyn and Mary were very accommodating and hospitable. Our view was incredible, and the meals were so tasty and fresh. We went for a hike and visited the Coffee Farm, it's a must see! We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully can... More

The view is amazing, the air is fresh, and the food is delicious and grown on site! I wish we could frequent this place on the regular. Everything we ordered was delicious. Next time we plan to rent a room for a peaceful night hillside. Love the decor and atmosphere as well as the friendly owners!

The food here is freshly prepared, a lot of which is organic. The food is really good and so is the service. Because the food is freshly made there might be a bit of a wait time but the scenic view and cool fresh air will make the wait bearable.

Thanks to a recommendation, we walked all the way through the mountains from Strawberry Hill to Eits Café in the moonlight (it's a long way, not to be undertaken lightly) and we were not disappointed. The food was great, really cool relaxed atmosphere and we even got a lift back to our hotel thanks to the very kind owner/manager. We... More
