Booked for mid week using Groupon voucher. Could select from the main menu - had chorizo, meatballs and seafood paella. Food was plentiful and tasty apart from the meatballs which were a bit tasteless. Service was great, attentive but not too intrusive. Would go back...again but lots of other places just as good in the area so it wouldn’t necessarily be first choice.More

The lesson for us is to look at the reviews. In this case, 33% of them rated the place terrible/poor. After visiting, I'm surprised it wasn't higher! We had four dishes, all poor quality and what seemed to be based on re-heats (fatal for tapas)...or just plain awful cooking. I don't think you can get worse than the plates they served up and this must go down as the worst restaurant we've visited. Often, when poor reviews are printed, the restaurant apologises. But you won't see this here as no one seems to care a damn. Don't give them your money.More

Very slow service - two trainees apparently left to figure things out for themselves. They didn’t have any clue what the food was that they were bringing to the table, or the concept of serving spoons. Menu seems to be mostly chorizo - even the...“vegetarian” omelette was garnished with chorizo. Meatballs were flabby and undercooked. Two meat dishes we ordered were served on a mountain of potatoes - so along with the patatas bravas most of our meal comprised of potatoes. One dish arrived after we had finished eating everything else. In all, a terrible experience.More

We booked well in advance, paid our deposit and was in regular contact with the manager. However on arrival it was like the whole reservation was a complete surprise. We were forced to order from a set menus even though I spoke to the manager...the previous day and was told we could choose either menu. The food came out in long intermittent phases and the sangria and cocktails were not nice at all. The staff were confusing and inexperienced. Some food was lovely others very “deep fried” and mushy looking.More

Tried to charge £140 for 5x tapas & 4 drinks! Amended when questioned i-pad merged bill apparently! Also no cocktails left at 4:30 on a bank holiday- really. Food was good tho

Having run a hotel and restaurant ourselves we have high expectations. We were promptly greeted with a genuine smile from 2 members of staff & offered a window table but given the option to sit closer to the flamenco show which we gratefully took. Service...was prompt and attentive without being overly intrusive. The show was amazing, what impressed us was the real talent and professionalism the flamenco dancer was fab and loved the singers voice blending beautifully with the saxophone & guitarist, they were clearly enjoying themselves I commented to my husband that I felt we were on holiday. Now to the Food, a massively important part of the whole experience did not disappoint, we had several tapas and a paella, the food was obviously good quality products cooked in an authentic way and plentiful in fact we ended up taking some home as we couldn’t finish it. In these challenging times with hospitality, staffing as well as increasing costs, we felt strongly that genuinely good businesses who offer top customer service, delicious food and great atmosphere should be rewarded and praised Well done we will be back with the family very soon.More

I went yesterday evening for some tapas with a friend not our first choice of restaurant admittedly but we had his dog with us and it was hungry and they have outside seating. We sat for a long time outside just waiting to be acknowleged...and to be given a menu. The food was sooo bland verging on tasteless it was so uninspiring and boring with tiny portion sizes. I have never been served such pathetic tasteless mussels in my life and the prawns didnt taste of anything at all. The meatballs looked anaemic as did the tomatoe sauce dolloped on the top of them I wouldn't even try them they looked fresh out the microwave with some tinned chopped tomatoes placed on top. The calamari was just about palatable. We ordered some chicken for the dog which never turned up. The tapas killed my appetite dead I didn’t want to order anything else off the menu which is unusual for me not to have coffee or a desert my taste buds had been insulted enough I couldn't bare any more disappointment. To add insult to injury I was dining with a male friend and just when I thought the experience couldnt get worse the waiter a man with green hair came over with the bill which we never asked for and firmly put it in front of me facing me I thought this was so rude and totally ignorant as neither of us had said who was paying and I have never been given a bill like that before it was the height of bad manners and insulting. I couldnt wait to leave so I could get out if there cleanse my pallet and buy some thing somewhere else on the way home. I have never been there before despite living round the corner and eating frequently in nearby restaurants such as shandiz, Persia, Modelo etc. I will never eat there again.More

Fantastic food and the entertainment was electric Authentic Spanish singer and dancers and the saxophonist blew us away Can’t wait to go again

This is the reason why we could get a table at last minute in a busy summer evening- poor service, expensive and bland tapas.

Loved the atmosphere here - authentic tapas with live music and dancing. Staff were lovely and so accommodating to our big party. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service and food, admittedly not very busy there were six of us one Vegetarian and one vegan we were all catered for. The two staff members polite and obliging looking forward to another visit.

Food was delicious and our servers were super friendly! Thanks Miguel, Daniel and George! Wonderful place for our work social, will definitely return.
