Went for a meal today as one of party of six. Was very impressed with the options for me as Coeliac / Dairy Free. This was not 'exclusion catering' but really good alternatives. Would go back in a heart beat!

Went in on the off chance they would still serve me in the last 10 minutes, the staff were very accommodating and let me get food. The food was brill and nothing was to much trouble from the staff. Will be back for sure 😊

Sorry but my era was the mid 50s to mid 60s and so restricted to Douglas only. because I didn't have a car until the 70s.So none of these landlords were familiar. BuT I knew and worked in a few pubs in Douglas and got to know lots of landlords. Played pool and darts in most pubs too. Many of which do not exist any more.no more drink driving and so expensive to drink out now unless you are young single and hold a well paid job,and of course still live at home with parents!
