This is a cosy, characterful and friendly place. Ate here on 2 occasions when staying in the area over the weekend. The food on both occasions was really tasty and we all had different meals. Each meal was cooked well and all in our group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. You can't go wrong eating here.

A lovely traditional pub with friendly staff and locals, looks like a busy local hub. Good quality home cooked fare, I had a chicken and ham pie with proper short crust pastry. Hubby had a giant steak. The traditional beer was great too

Fantastic food well presented, and homely. As pub food should be. Cosy and friendly atmosphere. Wonderful welcoming staff. Great service even when busy. Well kept ales hit the spot after a day in the outdoors. Lovely traditional building and quiet setting. Make sure to visit.

There is a small cottage only a few yards from the Inn, and owned by them.We stayed in the cottage for three nights and really enjoyed it.It has a bedroom/lounge upstairs with a kitchen below, and it was all in excellent order. The food at The Triangle was excellent, but you must make sure you book ahead,as it fills up very quickly,although... More

We arrived on time at 7 (booked). We were 3rd to be served and the food came at 7.55. The vegetarian lasagne was very good. I had plaice. Unfortunately it appeared to have been deep fried in what seemed to be old oil, and the bread coating was quite inedible, and this didn't do much for the fish either. Yes,... More
