We have been using this restaurant for over 13 years and through different owner changes and the main issue seems to be consistency as sometimes it's great and other times not so good - we have had some great experiences and some terrible ones !

Dear Karl, as you must know, we are a seasonal restaurant and sometimes this could be a problem to solve. But I will keep your comment in mind and try to improve the service. Best. More

The main course was very disappointed We took the pasta with fruits de mar. The pasta was comparable with Chinese noodles the one you don't have to boil out of a package. The seafood was not fresh and probably out of the fridge. There was no taste at all even by putting a lot of salt and Parmesan cheese it... More

Dear Yveric, I am truly sorry that your experience wasn't enjoyable at all, I need to let you know that pizzas are a must in our restaurante, they are homemade and cooked to perfection, thin and tasty. Hope you can come back again and change your mind about the restaurant. More

Have been eating here for 25 years on and off during holidays, and have celebrated exam success, wedding anniversaries, births, birthdays and retirements...all thoroughly enjoyable. The early owners, early 1990s were wonderful and the place hasn't changed much, but the space is better utilised now. The village has grown, at the beginning parking was hard, but great food awaited. Sadly... More

Casa Gran is a beautiful restaurant in a quite neighbourhood some way back from the beach in Guaradarama. We have visited twice in these past two years. The building itself dates back to the 16th century and the calm, authentic atmosphere grabs you as soon as you walk in. There are a number of dining spaces and each one is... More

I'll start by saying that I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Casa Gran. My family and I have been going there for well over 10 years. The service is always fantastic, especially as we are now friendly with many of the waiting staff. It is family friendly with us needing to have high chairs for various children over the years. The... More

This is a fantastic rustic and very atmospheric restaurant hidden away in a little village in between Gandia and Oliva ! They specialise in Wood fired stove cooked pizzas, fresh pasta, wonderful salads and a variety of steak and fish dishes. It looks like a converted barn inside and out and has a lot of character and natural atmosphere which... More
