Ignored for 30 minutes then given a Luke warm cup of coffee… you would have thought this place might have stopped taking its clients for granted during covid

We arrived and ordered drinks. The main lunch menu had finished and we asked for a after lunch menu which we were eventually given. We tried for over half an hour to get someone's attention, to no preveil. We decided to leave and went over...to ask for the bill. We asked 3 times and no bill was brought over. The wine I had was so acidic I couldn't drink it. Another table who also were waiting for their bill just got up and left and didn't pay. We went over to the till to pay for the drinks and the waiter who we had asked for the bill 3 times just shrugged his shoulders with no care in the world. Very poor customer service, shame as the view is amazing.More

My parents and I, along with a couple of friends of ours, had a drink and a lunch over at Villa Toledo restaurant. The place is very lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food there are magnificent 😊👍 It was actually our...second visit to the restaurant, as we went there last week on Wednesday 15th Nov. It has been the lovely place we've been to. We couldn't wait to come back to have lunch and drink there again someday, and we would be delighted to return again one day.More

We went as a family at half past 5 without a reservation. We were told by a member of staff to head down to the terrace to get a table. When we arrived a sole member of staff in a sea of empty tables replied...with a rudeness I’ve never experienced in a restaurant before simply ‘no’ to the request for a table of 5. I had read reviews suggesting the service could be hit and miss here but was not prepared for what we found. Despite the views I wouldn’t even visit here again for a drink and would recommend anyone researching restaurants to stay well away!More

Went for our friend’s birthday had a lovely table over looking the ocean food was delicious very generous portions and very tasty. Staff were attentive and friendly would definitely return thank you for a lovely evening.

This was a special final day lunch. The perfect setting. Good food, good service, excellent wine, and overall thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend as a venue for a special meal in Lanzarote.

Service was great but sadly the food disappointed massively. Paella was oily, salty and with minimal seafood. Brown in colour. Such a shame. Disgusting food for a Spanish restaurant who specialise in paella. Will never visit again.

We have stayed around here for many years, after an afternoon walk we popped in for a quick drink. Ordered a large beer and Rose wine, the place was not busy and 2 you girls had the bar were fanning themselves with menus! Drinks too...ages to come and the one wine was dreadful, clearly they had no rose and used white wine with a splash of red. We left very disappointed and will not be going backMore

Great location though not open every day as we found out. Did return when it was open. We all had the paella, sadly both were very salty which was a shame as the location is lovely.

Could not fault the service at all , the drinks we had were great - waitress polite and great prices on the menu so no issues.
